When she healed her up after each torture session, it was.....physical healing....if you know what I mean.

Well since Kali isn't a priest, paladin or any of the other healer types, she had to find a way to use her magic when it came to restoring things; she caused a lot of pleasure to Mary....before she started in on the torture again.....again though, this was another rushed thing as the calvary(Morec and MM) were coming to save her even though neither of them should have known where Mary was /sigh lol.

Again got rushed; I've always considered it that while only one session occurred in the RP, Kali had Mary for a few days and did it to her multiple times before finally stringing her up, using her to create the Worgen Zombies out of the Bloodhowl souls she had gotten from Dag, then hung her upside down and bled her out....where she got saved by a divine arse pull of Ragehowl persuasion.
