And trust me when I claim to be a man of science." Phillip smiled at Snowmane. A shadowy finger laced from his hand, reaching accross the room and wrapping around her before drifting away.
"You are a smart girl Snowmane, and you have so much potential..." He said, smiling. "If you'll take me, I would love to help you unlock that..."

Phillip was about to respond when his head shot to the side suddenly. "Oh... now I know who was missing..." He commented. "How lovely, she brough that scythe back with her..."
He turned back to Snowmane slowly. "But as I was saying, there are many things I can teach you. And... I would enjoy spending the time with you." He said.
As if to prove his former point about the light, he held up his hand. It began to glow with holy light suddenly, flashing brightly for a moment before he winced. The light vanished, taking his hand with it. He brought his arm down in pain, but didn't show it to her.

Flamehowl came into sight of the camp and hunched low to the ground, wrapping shadows around himself and becoming near invisible. He started towards the camp, feeling his way for Khaz's tent.
