The smack forced Aldos to return to his sanity a little and the fire slowly started to die around him. "You have to believe me niece. That isn't your mother. Why would your mother want to turn family against each-other?" He asled.

That is one truth, but it is twisted. I wanted you to be happy.
Blackbite's shadows appeared to Isundraa, showing Blackbite feeding the worg pup the black chemical she had invented. It vanished after a few seconds.
But they did not want that.
The vission of Blackbite appeared once more, this time depicting the female worgen as being murdered by Aldos, Flamehowl, and the others that had been present mudering her in a variety of horrendous ways.
They still do not. They want you to feel only what they can trick you into. Not only be decived, my daughter.

Themra grunted and stepped forward. The ogre seemed to be an gladiator master of some kind. Perhaps she'd get to take out her anger at her treatment by the woman on something after all.

Dag'rema was walking back to her tent when she saw the explosion. At first she was terrified that all her work had been undone, but as she ran inside and saw her remade staff, she felt pure joy surge through her.
"Yes, yes!" she cried, grinning as broadly as she could. "Fantastic work!"

Curho had truely been worried of their chances to defeat the heroes that had arrived to attempt to stop them. They were no disorganized, frantic lot after as much loot as they could get in a limited timeframe, not they were here for a single purpose; killing all of the warlocks. They were as prepared as they were dedicated to their cause, and that made them all the more dangerous.
Then he felt the blast of energy come out from Dag'rema's tent and burst into a peel of laughter.
"Father... what does it mean?" Lak'tuk said, the sheer ammount of energy having stunned her.
"What chance to they have now?" was Curho sole, mocking reply.

Jade watched silently through a pair of binoculars from behind a distant sand dune. She cursed her hesitation. The rest of the camp had returned from wherever they'd been, and the opportunity to grab the head warlock was gone. On top of that, there seemed to be a much larger amount of ambient arcane residue in the air than there had been.
"Guess we wait for the next opportunity," she grumbled quietly. At least they had more intelligence on the target now.
