"Duck?" she spat, "sawn... swa... swan is... is more like it," he mumbled angrily, though the anger was forgotten almost instantly. Miraculously the bloodthistle had remained in his hand and he proceeded to take another few puffs. He looked around the room, suddenly confused, thousands of owls were surrounding him and they were trying to pull his head off for some reason. He swatted at them in a ridiculous manner to try and get them to go away. He kept seeing Frostwing's face looming out from within the midst of these owls and he started to get a little panicked, though at the same time he was giggling in a most unmanly fashion.

Vagrin chuckled at Robert's comment, then forced his eyes shut and followed suit. "Ye know wha? Wake me up when we're there," he said, copying Aeglos' words almost perfectly.

She looked to the to the others for one moment, "I'll give it a try," she whispered, before turning to the goblin. "Oh I'm sure he would not mind us being around for only a few moments, we only want to inspect the slaves to see their quality, and I would like to know they are in good condition before considering...

I guess this does not count as lying, since I never actually told any proper lies, and this goblin at least is not the kind of person I would consider to be a potential ally or friend for that matter,
she told herself, though she did not let any signs of doubt become apparent. She laced in a little magic to further
convince
the guard she was telling the truth.

she thought. She had considered twisting the goblin to their will using the light, though that would not be very fitting for a priestess to use such methods.

"Split up?" she suggested. "We can cover the exits and find where they're keeping the slaves."

Other guards had seen the commotion. "Get them! Don't let them get to the prisoners!" one guard shouted as a small group of them charged the group, swords raised and ready to strike.

"Out of mah way, midgets!" - roared the troll, hurling the vial in front of the guards, causing a wall of violent flames to divide them from the group.
