Vashadya sighed at the hatred the troll no doubt had for her, but she knew it was safer to ignore it than to endanger her companions, not to mention if she reacted the troll would get satisfaction knowing his insults had provoked her. "Let's just get going," she urged, feeling the tension in the group.

Gurka snorted angrily, growing frustrated with the troll. "I'll come with you," she replied to Vashadya. "I don't like this guy."

Taelani paused a moment, trying to decide what course of action to take. On the one hand, the undead were members of the Horde, and it didn't seem a very big stretch in her mind that they might turn her over to their troll allies.
On the other hand, it was clear that this one was a shadow priest, and she knew that they had vast power over the minds of their enemies, and it wasn't hard to imagine that it could read her thoughts and find out who she was anyway.
Either way, she didn't like the situation.
"Elune-adore," she murmured at last. "I am... Taelani Elmwood. Might I have your name?" she asked, hoping to at least get some small advantage.

"My pardons," Skreel chuckled quietly. "I am Skreel Shadowbender, High Priest of the Church of the Forgotten Shadow. My friends Urdish is nearby, at the gates of the city," he added, pausing. "We must be on our way soon though, Urdish can only distract them for so long before the more intelligent among their number begin to grow suspicious."

Ga'Crane sighed. When he had met Thragg he had no idea it all would turn out like this. The potion doc felt as if he was the main character of a long, twisted story - with side arcs involving Nightbane, for example - and Azeroth revolved around his quest. He wished he could dramatically raise his staff, let the elements course through him and bellow in a voice that would sound like a thunder -

NOUGH. And everyone would stop, and re-consider their actions, and in the end they all would become friends...
But he knew that kind of thing only happened in tales that good troll parents read to their kids. He didn't even have a staff. And, although he lied when he said he understood how Ja'kala felt - his kind was not decimated by a bunch of fanatics, after all - Ga'Crane knew that the Shatterspear had a damn good reason to behave the way he was behaving. And there was one thing Ga'Crane knew for sure - there was no such thing as main character, just someone who gets to sort the mess out.
"Dem racial relationships are surely a complicated thin' dat is bettah be discussed in more comfortable environment. Please, lead on... heir apparent."
The last two words slipped out all by themselves.

Ja'kala frowned at the word

. Immediately he thought of correcting the Darkspear and informing him that it was his brother that led the clan, not himself. But that could mean the party demanding to see his brother, who would no doubt only make things worse. So he simply played along.
"Joo said joo wann'ed ta see da Shaman, right?" he asked, rather coldly. "Follow me," he grunted, walking towards a small spirit lodge on the outskirts of the village.

Great, at least we're making some progress. On the other hand, what am I going to say? Hello, this is my ward, when she plays her ocarina elements dance with her, I was contacted by the spirit of air, what the fel does this all mean?
Bah, what's the worst that could happen? They're gonna kick my ass out of here for disturbing their shaman for no apparent reason, that's what. No big deal.

Morec attempted againa to apply a dissease to the ettin, and Talah threw another dagger at Mortis.
Vrem managed to fight against the wind, aiming his pistol and firing a shot at the undead elf's head. With any luck, this time such a wound would kill the intended target.

Taelani frowned. She didn't like the present situation at all. The Forsaken were no orcs, but they too were cruel and evil, if the tales she had heard had any truth to them. She remembered hearing about the Wrathgate, and she knew that they had served Deathwing in the War. But she trusted Russell, and hoped that he knew what he was getting them into.
