"And I've never been close to an orc who was truly welcoming before, the past between our two races has not been all too friendly, though that is after all the past," Vashadya replied, "but is has been a pleasure, I have no desire to inherit some of the hatred that some people still possess." She turned to Nightbane, "well then I am pleased to have met you, I have never met a sister who is not an elf before," she said with a friendly smile.

"Vahij downed the drink, becoming even more drunk, "I really need to get drunk more often," she said, "and I'm feeling in the mood now, even better for the work I have to get done later," she added, her vision becoming slightly blurred. "Let's get going then, we still have time before we have to go to the mansion," she commented.

"And yes, I know that our races histories have been strained, but I'm optimistic about the future before. From what I've heard, this is the first time we've have peace in like... ever. I'm sure some jerks will remain prejudiced, but I'm not one to judge someone just because of their skin color..." she laughed.
