Kor and the Silent One were both forced to hold onto Kali as she attempted to strike at the ghouls as they passed, intent on feeding on the necromagics holding them together. "

" The Silent One hissed, both of the males dragged forward a foot or two by the undead elf.

They are still coming.
" Kor growled, and Kali grunted then straightened up. "
Well then, time to make our move before they arrive.
" The undead elf said and started forward, banishing the invisibility from around her and her men, and made sure all of the illusions were still firmly in place and hiding their true essences.
"
Remember, do not move as if we are sneaking; we are merely a group of travelers.
" She chided Kor and the Silent One gently as they followed behind her.

"A shame, the big city if something people don't often get to see."
Now he had a problem, he wanted to see what he could turn the child into with enough time and the propper role-modeling, but he also wanted to see what Russel and Taelani wound up doing - especially with this group following them. Obviously he couldn't be in two places at once, so he needed to find a way to get one of the two to give up on their goals. And since Russel and the Murderess didn't seem like the types to be swayed from a path, that left the girl.
He rubbed his rotten chin in thought.

Lak'tuk sat in meditation, reaching out into the Great Dark. If there was something, anything, out there that she could use, she was determined to find it.
Salja had a little trouble falling asleep at first, but after a while she managed to drift off into an uneventful slumber.

A fifth throwing dagger embedded itself in the target. As close to a perfect bullseye as she could get with so many other weapons already taking up the space. Talah walked up to the target and pulled the weapons out, holding four in her off hand and twirling the fifth through her fingers as she walked back to throwing distance to start again.

Kali looked down as the little girl came out of the woods in front of her. The human jerked back in shock, and Kali gave her a little smile. "

" She said, as Kor and the Silent One stepped out of the shadows behind her. "
Are you out here all alone?
" She asked, tilting her head as she looked down at her.

Morec mounted Deathcharger and rode into the forest with Russell. He pulled his steed to a halt alongside the priests, looking at the travelers Dawn had run into. They weren't the ones that he had met in the mountains - he would have remembered them if they were - but there was something about them he didn't like...
"The fourth wall trying to tell you something?"
"Eyup."
"Any idea what?"
"Enope." He scratched his rotting scalp. Something about the elf woman...

Her name is Dawn is it?
" Kali asked, still smiling at the girl. She raised her eyes to look at the priest and the forsaken who had appeared and kept a snarl from crossing her lips only with great difficulty; the one she truly wanted wasn't here.
The Silent One stepped up beside her and bowed low at the waist to the other travelers. "
Hello good priest, Sir Knight.
" He said, nodding at both. "
I'm sorry, did we interrupt something?
" He asked, looking at them. "
If so, I am quite sorry. Allow me to introduce ourselves I am Harold Quinton, servant of Lady Sheril Morningwood.
" He said, and pointed at Kali. "
And our bodyguard, Gorren Tusk.
" He motioned at Kor who merely glowered at the others, his hands twitching.

Taelani finally caught up with Dawn and found Russell and some newcomers with her.
"What brings you so far out into the forest?" Taelani asked with barely restrained venom. She didn't trust them for a moment. Perhaps Morec was simply playing a sick joke and they weren't actually trying to capture her, but she'd spent long enough as a fugitive to know when something was up.
Character: Ji'jiri
Location: Darkshore
"Go," he told the troll firmly. It was just a curious guard, but Ji'jiri didn't want anyone to bother the elf. "Sorry about that. Here," he paused, setting the tray down at her feet, before moving behind her to untie her hands. "Now please don't try to escape or hurt yourself. If you don't want to be tied, I have to be able to trust you."

Taelani nodded slowly and climbed up on the horse. As revolting as it was, it was a means to get away from here, and that was a good thing.

"Obviously I trust you," Ji'jiri replied, pausing a moment, "...to an extent. If I didn't trust that you were intelligent enough not to run or try to hurt yourself, I wouldn't be untying you. "I don't ask for you to trust me, though I would like that," he paused again, smiling as the ropes came free. "I simply need to know that you're not going to do something dumb that makes me have to bind you again."

Merely traveling home to the Elf lands my lady.
" The Silent One said as he bowed. He looked over at Kali who still has the same small smile on her face as she stared at the woman that had shown up.
The undead elf pulled her hands into her cloak, and muttered a single word. Some of her power flowed down from her hands, still cloaked by the spell she had cast to hide their true natures, and slithered towards the undead horses. Once the spell reached them, it touched the hooves, sundering the necromatic spell holding the beasts together under the woman, man and child, but not touching the forsaken's beast.
