Amanda was surprised by how apathetic the ghosts were acting. To reach this far when she tried earlier she would have had to fight her way in, and then she would have to fall back due to the sheer number of ghost that attacked her from here. Could it be that creature was really what was behind it? But then how did it come to be? "Perhaps," she said, treading lightly and being careful not to touch any of the ghosts.
Morec, was less careful. "Hey! Look at me! Look at me!" The death knight had stuck his head within the ghostly head of one of the spirits. "Guess who I am! Guess!" The ghost did not seem to respond to Morec's actions.

"Koren, wait!" Lak'tuk said, hurrying to catch up with him. "The troll druidess, I think she may be a potenial ally. If you were to 'convince' her to join us, then we may be able to use these Shade-creature she can command." She held up the pouch Salja's shades were contained in, explaining to him what they seemed to be able to do.
Salja gulped, not able to make out what they were talking about from here, but knowing full well that they were talking about her and nothing good would come of it.

Talah threw two daggers at what looked like the weakest points in the gaurd's armor, and then grabbed a third to throw at her target the moment he came into sight.
