Ga'Crane nodded thankfully at Aldos and returned to disrupting Lak'tuk's spellwork through chain-casting small incantations - while also keeping the acid away from his friends.

Lak'tuk snarled, rage slowly building up inside of her. Why couldn't they leave her
alone
! Why wouldn't they
die
! She conjured a series of arcane bolts that flew through the air. Sweat beaded down her face as she directed the bolts around Aldos to strike the troll and struggled to keep the shield holding the acid up.

Aldos caused the ground around him to turn into lava and rise up out of the ground and surrounded him creating armor and then both him and Pyro charged forward and slammed into the shield as they tried to shatter it or drain the mage.

The cumulative effect of Ga'Crane's hexes and potion allowed him to shrug off the arcane bolts - although he was forced to pause his spellwork for the second he cringed in pain. Fortunately, the acid didn't have a chance to reach the heroes.
"Is dat it?" he taunted, and wove a spell of great pain into his chain-casting, hoping that it were to come through Lak'tuk's defenses, using the disrupting incantations as a decoy.

Lak'tuk's sheild cracked a bit, but she managed to keep it up and the trolls words only infuriated her further. His pain-bringing spell also sent her onto one knee but still she managed to keep the spell up, growing more and omre angry as she grit her teeth to not be overwhelmed by the suffering.
Suffering
... How ironic.
Whispering the incantation, a cold wind blew around Pyro and began to freeze his body with fel-tainted ice. The ice itself quickly melted and evaporated, taking the taint with it. But the life-draining fel served to pull out the core hounds life as this happened, weakening him with each inch of droplet of melted ice that left his body.

Pyro whimpered and backed off slowly from the fight. Aldos saw this and caused the Lava he was wearing to explode outward and smash into the shield while he grabbed his sword and swung it as well.

Lak'tuk's sheild finally broke as she stopped reinforcing it, protecting her from the lava splash but vanishing after that. She grabbed her own sword and block Aldos' with it, a new, smaller shield protecting her from the heat. He was stronger than her, though, and nowhere near as tired out. "Just... die," she said, through gritted teeth still fightin Ga'crane's pain spell, as she did her best to push Aldos' blade to one side. She then conjured a fast but mediocre fel-tainted orb of arcane frost and threw it at Aldos.

"Pat'etic. What joo 'ave done to Gurka in 'ours Ah will do to joo in
seconds
," Ga'Crane growled mockingly, intending to further infuriate Lak'tuk and thus undermine her concentration. He then increased the energy put into pain spell, and topped it with a vision of horror.

"You hurt Pyro." He muttered as the frost orb hit him and knocked him back. "I'm going to kill you." He said and forced his magic back into his muscles and blinked forward and brought the sword down at the orc.

Lak'tuk landed on the ground and redirected the whole of her shield, barely able to keep it up through the pain and sheer rage now, to stop the worg from reaching her troat, which also served to stop Aldos' sword. The horror added to Ga'crane's spell slid into her mind at this time as well, filling her with fear and doubt.
This was it. This was how she died. A failure and a weakling, unable to hold her own against even one of them. Even her father would have seen her as a failure, and Lady Dag'rema... She would never be anything like Lady Dag'rema, no matter how well she managed to impersonate her.
Hate boiled up as her loathing of herself, of her own weakness, grew. Her hands clenched into fists and she closed her eyes, the shield above her begining to fail. In one final, desperate, rage and fear-driven act she unleashed a massive burst of flames. Flames which knocked away her attackers. Flames which seperated her from her enemies and surged towards her foes to devour them. Flames which were already catching onto the flora around them and spreading through the forest with unequaled speed.
Pure
fel
flames.

Alnerigo "Flamehowl"
Location: Ashenvale
Flamehowl's face set into a grimace as he started to draw the flames into himself, stopping them from hurting his friends. He wouldn't be able to do it for much longer, but it felt so
good
!
The fel, it's the fel. Ignore it!
he thought, drawing more into himself.

Ga'Crane continued to pour pain and horror into Lak'tuk, adding to the incantations his very personal hatred and loathing he harbored towards the orc.

Silvia
Barrens
The blood of a plainstrider painted the ground where Silvia sat. She focused, trying to reach out to Koren.
Something was wrong... it was as if Koren was someone else. She shook her head, reaching out to someone ele instead.
"Naz? Are you there Naz?"

Consumed by her hatred all the fear and pain did to Lak'tuk was increase her rage, and Ga'Crane's projection of hatred only served to magnify that ten-fold. With another scream of rage the fel flames burned hotter and brighter than before, rappidly closing in around those attacking her; the target of her rage. Despite Flamehowls efforts parts of his and the worgs pelts, Ga'Cranes robes, and the clothing of the others caught fire, Gallo and Lak'tuk remained untoched although the flames also licked at them.

'
Redirect. That tree will do for an arrester.
'
Cringing as the flames struggled to get through his resistance, Ga'Crane began channeling a spell into a nearby oak, making it, for lack of a better word, more attractive for the fel energies. Almost reluctantly the fires slithered from Gurka first, then Ga'Crane.
A thin line of sweat ran down the troll's forehead as he attempted then to redirect the fire from the others.

Lak'tuk Demoneye

A third and final scream of rage sent a second blast of fel fire out of Lak'tuk, a blast which caught Dusk and knocked him back. The blast fully lit the worg on fire and the fel flames quickly began to consume his life force. The tree that the fel flames had been burning was now drained of life, sending the flames searching for new sources of life to sustain themselves. Lak'tuk looked at Star-Pelt, then shot her gaze to Ga'Crane and threw two massive orbs of pure fel fire towards him. "
BURN
!" she shouted as the flames flew at the troll.

Wait for it... Wait for it... NOW.
'
Ga'Crane smirked and shadow-stepped behind the orc, drawing his mace on his way.
"Pat'etic twerp. Joo t'ought to stand before da Witchkiller and 'er fait'ful allies - and
survive?
" he snarled, bringing his mace down on the orc's cranium.
