The blast knocked Karng back once more, tearing away much of his robes to reveal the skeletal form underneath. "Not bad, weakling, but I still have some tricks up my sleave," he pointed his truncheon towards the ground, and after a seond a mass of skeletal warriors rose from the sand and charged Khaz. The speed of the warriors was increased ten-fold due to a haste spell cast by Karng. Karng's steed missed Lak'tuk as she dodged out of the way, but the skeletal mount came back around to try and trample her again.

Khaz shifted his way through the skeletons, charging at Karng. Any that attacked him took a burst of dark power,

ed, and collapsed. "Weakling? Hah, I'm just getting started. You wouldn't believe what they taught me within Azjol-Nerub..."
He sent a burst of madness into the death knight's mind.

Karng was caught off guard by the madness at first, but managed to push it out of his mind with some effort. "Is that the best you can throw at me?" he replied, starting to once more call up a massive whirlwind. "I have commited enough attrocities against the very spirit of the universe to make whatever kind of madness you can throw at me come as no surprise. The whirlwinds tore around Khaz, pulling up sand into them and threatening to tear him in half as each pulled at a different limb under the death knight's direction.
This time as Karng's mount charged Lak'tuk stood her ground, blasting it off of his hooves with a powerful arcane bolt and then burning it into a charred crisp with a fel-tainted fire spell. The demise of his mound was sensed by Karng, and he turned his attention away from Khaz to look at what remained of it.

"Looks like the situation is turning against your former comrade-in-arms," Al'Zavur commented.
"One would think he would notice that
thing
's dislike of fire, given how long it hangs around," Nagorm drawled thoughtfully. "Alas, odds are Karng has nothing but good ol' classic moves," he added with disgust.

Khaz grinned as he was torn in half, but where the tear was, no blood leaked or organs tumbled, but pure Old God flesh pumped with dark power. The legs regrew the top half, and the top half regrew the bottom. One jumped at Karng, pulling out his sword and slicing, while the other sent a blast of shadow magic at him.

Karng managed to dodge the blast, but Khaz's sword took off his right arm. He looked down at the non-bleeding stump and the equally bloodless limb on the sand. "I will deal with that once I've finish you," he said, again attempting to wither the... thing's body with a death and decay spell. Some distance away Lak'tuk attempted to use a demonic spell of empowering to increase Khaz's strength and chances of victory.

Khaz's flesh increased as it fed on the spell even as it withered under Karng's spell. "You won't be needing it," Khaz grinned, and his left arm exploded into muscle drawn from the other body, which wrapped around Karng and lifted him into the air, and started to squeeze.
((think of a Faceless arm coming from a dwarf))

Karg growled in rage and attempted to strike Khaz with a death coil to cause the base of the tendril to wither and die. Lak'tuk cut off the empowering spell and began to conjure up a shard of fel-ice to fire off at Karng.
