We're always looking for good folk to run with! We'd love to have balanced roles (i.e. tanks, healers, & dps), but our priority before filling that slot, is filling with the right person. We pride ourselves in a drama free, laughing, family environment, as well as, being a part of Blizzard's Guild Relations Program.
Our alliance side is a bit more developed- recruiting specifically, for healers to start running more regular heroics. YEP! we're a bit behind the curve. Mostly because we are a little older and have family aggro. We have a horde side & are looking for those folk that like to solo and like things quiet, as they aren't quite as developed as the alliance are.) It takes quite a bit of loyalty to stick through that, but we are growing, but in fact are slowly growing, ever so carefully.
While we do have an application process, it's only to make sure of your genuine interest in joining us vs just getting another ginvite. I hope this doesn't dissuade 'groups, families, friends, spouses, etc' from applying - as a risk for not all getting in. Most likely, you'll know if you're a fit!
