Most group I do is

10 man:
2 Tanks
2 Heals
Rest DPS

25 Man:
2-4 Tanks
6 Heals
Rest DPS

Pretty much any raid I run seems to work with this.

Speaking for 10 man, depending on the strength of your tanks and strength of your healers, it could vary anywhere from 2 tanks, 3 healers, 5 DPS down to 1 tank, 2 healers, 7 DPS.

In 10 man there are only 2 Lords in phase 2, so it's quite easy for a single tank to pick up both of them. If you are using a paladin healer, your other healer(s) should be strong AoE heals; I don't think double paladin healers would work well.

For 25 man there are 4 Lords in phase 2, so 2 or 3 tanks would be a good idea. I think you can get away with 5 healers in 25 man, but 6 or 7 healers would be safer depending on the gear your raid has.
