Theotar Party Favors Update - The Mad Duke's Tea Now Lasts 4 Hours and Persists Through Death
With today's Patch 9.1 release candidate build, we have a handful of spell changes, including an update to Theotar's Party Favors soulbind trait. The buff granted by the Mad Duke's Tea has had its duration extended to four hours and now persists through death, making it far more appropriate for competitive content.

Rae'shalare Feat of Strength - Upgrade Sylvanas' Legendary Bow to Heroic and Mythic Difficulty
Players will now earn a Feat of Strength achievement for obtaining Sylvanas Windrunner's legendary bow, Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper. Additionally, a new item appears to allow players to increase its item level to 259, equivalent to Mythic difficulty.
