Summer is looking more savage by the second with the launch of the Warlords of Draenor beta--but don't take our word for it, experience it first-hand with our beta key giveaway!
The fine folks at Blizzard Entertainment have graciously given us tons of Warlords of Draenor beta keys to give away and we want you to join in on the fun.
We have 2000 Warlords of Draenor beta keys to give away, spread out over 6 weeks! We'll be picking winners for this current wave of invites on July 14th.
We're trying out a new type of giveaway as well! Each week, enter to win a Warlords of Draenor beta key by completing in-game achievements, which we'll track here on Wowhead. We'll keep things interesting by picking new achievements each week.
Week 2 Giveaway
For Week 2, we want you to explore Outland! Blizzard has recently released
Shadowmoon Valley
,
Tanaan Jungle
, and
Frostfire Ridge
previews, so we want you to get familiar with these zones in their current form.
Complete ANY TWO of the following achievements:
Montañas Filospada
,
Península del Fuego Infernal
,
Nagrand
,
Tormenta Abisal
,
Valle Sombraluna
,
Bosque de Terokkar
,
Marisma de Zangar
.
This giveaway runs between July 7th and July 14th, starting and ending at 3:30 PM PST. Remember you can enter the contest any time in that period, and a later entry will have no effect on your chance to win a beta key!
Entered last week's contest?
Just hit the "Enter Contest" option on your character's Profile page, or on the
Contest Page
.
Didn't enter last week's contest?
While logged in, view your character on Wowhead by
going here
and entering in your character's Region, Realm, and Character Name.
Verify that the resulting Character Profile is yours by following the instructions when you click on the "Verification" option on the top of the tool.
After taking off the pieces of gear, update your Profile and it should be Verified. Due to the huge demand for beta keys, it could take a minute for your profile to be verified.
Verified characters now see an Enter Contest option on their Profile page--just click on that to enter!
If this is not showing up due to cache,
enter directly on the contest page

If you see that a sync is requested, don't hit refresh. You are in a queue, and refreshing the page will put you to the back of that queue.

Not sure if you have any of the achievements? Just check your Achievements tab.
If you already have two of those achievements done, you're eligible to win.
If you complete the achievements during the giveaway period, we'll automatically note that and you'll still be eligible to enter.
If you enter the contest and never complete any of the achievements, your entry will not be eligible when we pick winners.
If you win, you will receive a site achievement and beta key code emailed from to the address used for Wowhead Registration.
