We were sent two of these chairs to try out, one Lilith and one Inarius. This review is a combination of the findings of the recipients of each chair. Our comments, while combined, are actually very similar all around.

The Box
Imagine opening the door one morning and having this gift straight from the High Heavens sitting on your doorstep. It's huge!
There are worse ways to start the day!
The box was large and heavy, but this is good, the packaging is carefully thought out and solid. It would take a fair amount of force to damage your chair in transit.

The first thing that you see when you open the box is this amazing Diablo IV key art print. This is a win and we haven't even seen the chair yet.
Beneath the print - which is also, on the flip side, the assembly instructions - the chair is snugly nestled in custom fit packaging and all parts are protected by high-quality package filling. Every piece is protected by a heavy-weight plastic bag or a beautifully packed box.
These are top quality parts. The 5-point wheelbase is high-quality steel. The casters are plastic but have steel connections. In fact most, if not all connecting pieces are made of metal - no flimsy plastic stress points here. We were very impressed with the high quality of the included tools.

Building the Throne
Assembly is not difficult thanks to the well thought out packaging, and the art print/assembly manual BUT the video was even more helpful. If you get stuck, definitely consult the

Assembly took about 15 minutes. There is no “wrong way” to build this but it’s important to follow the instructions to understand how the chair functions. They are thoughtful enough to provide a foam mat to protect from dings and scratches in case you are not assembling your chair on a carpet. In addition to the assembly manual, there are instructions attached to many of the parts themselves. It is a good idea to read everything before you start, so that you don't get tripped up by "do this before you remove this label" caveats. Some XL model parts are quite heavy and unwieldy, so, unless you have been gifted with extra arms, having a handy (non-feline) friend helps immensely.
All of these parts are high quality and many of the design elements are really smart; for example, the use of magnets to attach PU 4D leather armrests and screw covers on the side of the backrest.
The Throne: Features and Functions
These chairs are beautiful. You guys, this detail work is not printed on, it is fully embroidered. Inarius has gold, pearl, and black thread with with metallic gold highlights on cream colored leatherette. Lilith has red and white embroidery and red suede highlights on black leatherette. Both chairs are works of art in their own right, and perfectly represent our parents of Sanctuary.
4D armrests offer loads of placement variety while not “wiggling around." The maximum height is also super high which is unusual even for premium chairs, and very good for very tall users!
Both tilt mechanics have lots of “play," enabling the user to get into countless different and unique seating positions - I can basically lie down safely, even at 185cm/110kg (~6ft, 240lbs)
Lumbar support compared to other chairs is exceptional but somewhat difficult to adjust correctly. Make sure to read up on how to get the most out of the lumbar support!
Minor negative thing: the tilt/height levers aka parts “used by the user” are all plastic which is sub-optimal

The Throne: Sitting in and Using
The chair is comfortable and roomy, but most importantly, this chair keeps you in a good and upright position. The side bolsters keep you in place all of the time, but you can also chill and lean back if you want to while still being “in place.” Your back will probably thank you for this - especially after a long demon-slaying session. The red suede highlights on the Lilith chair look and feel incredible. The fine embroidery adds texture and a very high-quality feel.
Impressions over a 2-week testing period:
“Driving around” feels good but only happens if you really want it, the casters and overall design do a good job of keeping the chair in place so you are not sliding around.
The backrest and its lumbar support module can help to improve your posture.
The tilt resistance is also decent, which is important if you want to move around in your chair/with your chair.
The headrest pillow is super soft and velvety. It is cleverly attached with a magnet and very easy to adjust.
One caveat: leatherette doesn’t breathe so the chair can become quite hot during longer gaming sessions, this is purely subjective of course (Secretlab also carries cloth chairs though!).
Overall, the chairs are absolutely gorgeous, true statement chairs! So in the end, the only real decision to make is, whose lap do you want to sit on for your latest Sanctuary adventure, Mummy's or Daddy's?
