Brode admits Blizzard misread the current state of Hearthstone and that they probably should have released Purify alongside other strong Priest cards.

Because it messes with Arena balance, they're removing it from the available card pool like how they did with the Old Gods cultists.

They hope Priest won't be terrible like everyone thinks it is, but if it is, Brode and the team take the blame for that and will do better in the future.
