Well if you count
Bash
, enhance has a 2 second stun every 3 minutes(Its not anything spectacular, but it helps). As for the reason they dont have a MS effect, its the same reason paladins and DK's dont have one, all three can heal themselves.

Shadow priests have one, so that's not a very good arguement.

Why dont shamans have a stun, finisher or healing debuff like other melee classes?
shadow priests arent melee classes? that and shadow priests dont often heal themselves, cause they would have to get out of shadowform to do so

Always with the focus on what we don't have, but what we do have is a aoe slow, special cc and insane mobiity.
What you failed to mention is the downsides to all of the abilities you listed: warrior ones are limited by stance and spec (the last 3 stuns are only in def spec/stance and only idiots attack prot warriors first), rogues are glass cannons so need the stuns and droods need to shift to use all the abilities.
For the finishers, arms warriors (traditional pvp) are a debuff class and have been since the start, rogues deal crap damage without finishers and droods are weaker versions of both because they can shift-heal.
If you want a stun+dmg spell, the amount of survivability and and mobility we would have to give up would be insane. Stop the QQ, move on.

LOL, the idea of shaman lacking utility is silly. You are obviously trolling now, goodbye.

Well im ready for my healthy dose of QQ

Shamans with a low CD stun would be able to lock out too many heals. They Shocks are VERY powerful at shutting down healers and casters alike.
I'm not disagreeing that enchance shamans are lacking, they just need a niche. They don't need an MS and they dont need more disable. They just need a better way to do more damage imo, but thats all perspective...I'm sure a cloth thinks enchancement does more then enough damage while a plate more or less laughs.

I was thinking that it would be cool to have some kind of finisher, in the vein of Execute. I suppose shocks can be used to that effect, though.
It's awesome ever since they changed Wind Shock and altered the functionality of the shocks, to give a reliable interrupt.
