Several classes received significant changes this build, which are easy to navigate using our calculators. All artifact calculators and talent calculators have been updated, but here are the specs of note:

Greetings friends and testers!
I wanted to give you all a heads up that the Order Hall for Hunters is missing floor collision in our latest Alpha build. It is a known issue and should be addressed in a future build. For now your character will immediately fall through the floor upon entering the hall. Quest NPCs located in this area will also appear under the floor. This issue should not roadblock any Hunter questlines.

Talents and Specialization
Death Knights talents have been significantly reworked. Below are new talents added to each tier.
Tier Changes and Removed talents:
Tier 1: Feeding Frenzy, Sub-Zero, Without Remorse, Lil' Stinker Removed. Rune Tap now Tier 4 Blood Talent. Shadow Infusion now Tier 6 Unholy Talent.
Tier 2: Rapid Decomposition now Tier 3, up from Tier 2. Consume Vitality, Biting Winds, Boiling Rot Removed. Frozen Pulse and Gathering Storm now Tier 6, up from Tier 2.
Tier 3: Runic Corruption now baseline Unholy, Runic Empowerment now baseline Frost, Runic Longevity Removed.
Tier 4: Spellbreaker and Desecrated Ground Removed. Purgatory now Tier 4, not Tier 5. March of the Damned now Tier 5, not Tier 4.
Tier 5: Death Pact and Improved Icebound Fortitude Removed. Exhume now Tier 6 Blood talent.
Tier 6: Gorefiend's Grasp now Blood ability. Remorseless Winter now Frost ability. Asphyxiate now Tier 5 Unholy talent.
Tier 7 Defile is now Unholy only Talent, Breath of Sindragosa is Frost only Talent.

Tier 1
Blutwürmer
: If your Death Strike would heal you past full health, you create a Blood Worm. Blood Worms explode for (100% of Attack power) Shadow damage to all enemies within 0 yds if they aren't fed for 10 sec or when you drop below 50% health, also healing you for the 100% total amount of excess healing.
:
Instantly strike the target and 2 other nearby enemies, causing 100% Physical damage, and infecting them with Blood Plague. Generates 18 bonus Runic Power.
Blood Plague
A disease that deals (47.3% of Attack power) Shadow damage and heals the caster for 1% of their maximum health every 3 sec for 30 sec.
Replaces Blood Strike.
:
Drains (Total health * 0.3) health from the target over 3 sec sec. You can move, parry, and dodge while channeling this ability.
Tier 2
:
While active, any time an enemy's melee abilities strike the Death Knight they will become infected with Blood Plague. If the enemy is already infected, Blood Plague will immediate deal its damage 3 times. 6 charges. Lasts 15 sec.
Blutschuss
: Hurl a glob of blood at an enemy, dealing 0 damage to them and 0 damage to nearby enemies. All affected targets are infected with Blood Plague.
: Standing in your Death and Decay also causes Marrowrend to hit multiple targets. If Marrowrend hits at least 2 targets, an additional Bone Shield charge has a chance to be generated.
Tier 3

Consuming the Killing Machine effect has a 25% chance to energize a Rune.

Increases the chance to trigger Runic Empowerment as if you had spent 20% more Runic Power.

The Death Knight blows the Horn of Winter, gaining 1 rune and generating 15 Runic Power.

:
Your critical strikes during Pillar of Frost have a chance to extend its duration by 1 sec.
