I would do some more research and revisit this guide. I did a simulation of your recommended bis (yes, I realize there are other options), and using those you're not defense capped which leaves you critable in raids and overall avoidance is only about 25%. Threat generation is great, but you have to survive the fight as well. Great start to the guide and lots of good information, though!

You completely missed the best pre-raid helm for bears from your list, not even listing it as alternative, which is the Stylin' Purple Hat crafted with leatherworking, the pattern drops from second boss in Shadow Lab, in both normal and heroic.

Trinkets: I'd add the Icon of unyielding courage, because it's awesome and adds a ton of hit.

I'd also mention to get 2p of the wastewalker set for the same reason.

Other than that it's a very solid guide, unlike the classic one!

That guide have a lot of items that are bad or you cant just get them in phase 1. For example: S1 will be in phase 2, heads for bojs will be in ZA phase.

Imo green gems are bad, if you have yellow slot go for glinting noble topaz (4 hit rat & 4 agi) or heroic version (4hit 5 agi).

And if all about resilience is true then all PvP items (or that with resi) are pretty bad, because resi works only for PvP fights, so we still need make our uncrit with defense (415 def is cap for feral).

I see more things that I disagree with quite strongly here, but I can include that in the email if you want

The Pattern for Resolute Cape is listed as Leatherworking in list of cloaks, but it says Tailoring when you look at it

All of the heavy Cleft pieces are marked with the blue elune gem, but most of these have yellow slots. Am I missing something

Just noting much of the trinket list for pre-BiS is generally inaccessible to any Druid that didn't raid in Classic. Additionally, 3 trinkets are profession specific and two require you to be able to run heroic dungeons, which are often considered harder than the raid we're gearing for.

The only trinkets available to the majority of players coming into TBC are DPS trinkets from Black Morass/Mechanar, or the Keepers of Time exalted piece.

I would recommend considering Wind Trader's Band Band des Windhändlers as a ring option. It is super easy to obtain and honestly I can't bring myself to replace it even for alot of the blues I have come across.
