Healbot is an alternative to Grid+Clique. You can't see quite as much with it, but it's easier to configure and I still have a health bar for everyone in the raid as well as 12 different spells which are only a mouseclick away should I see any of those healthbars drop. (Obviously they aren't all different heals but you get the idea)

I use mouseover macros with Pitbull, with my Paladin buffs appearing to the right of the party/raid members (up to 8 buffs).
I find mouseover macros superior because with my left hand on 1-2-3 (my three heals) and the keys around it, and right my hand on the mouse, it's very very quick and easy to switch between people get ready to heal the next person while the previous heal finishes. To me, having to click on each person you want to heal adds an extra step as opposed to pressing the key with the other hand.
I've tried Grid as well, but the information is *too* compact for my liking. I do quick math simple math in my head so without actual numbers to know exactly how much health a person is missing, I overheal too much (there is a too much with Paladin healing :p). Using Holy Shock when you only need a FoL on someone is a waste of mana and an instant cast, for example.

Most of these have already been said, but here are some links to the good ones:
Grid
Clique
DoTimer
Pally Power
I use a few others, but these are the most important addons when it comes to maximizing your ability to heal.

Of course,
Recount and Omen are critical.
From a healer perspective, neither of these are critical. From a tank and DPS perspective, Omen definitely is, but Recount is only critical to a Raidleader so he can figure out who is slacking.
You forgot to mention DBM (Deadly Boss Mods).
Recount is critical if you're a dumb dpser and want to know how you're doing so you can SHUT UP AND READ YOUR OWN METERS! *huff huff* *puff puff* *rage*

Grid and Clique can be easily replaced by
Healbot
.
A lot of people don't like healbot because once you set it up it makes healing easy to the point that it's incredibly boring.

How is that any different from Grid + Clique?
Also, I didn't like Healbot because it made me bring up a *SEPARATE* window for my raid members, rendering my other raid frames useless (which I like set up how I like).

This is the only problem I had with Healbot as well. Which is why I use Grid/Clique.
