When I use this item it says, "A stack of papers and schematics are strewn here."

I can't do the quest to turn in indurium ore. Somewhere along the way I must have dropped one of the quests, and I can't figure out how to pick it up again. I talked to the guy in Badlands who sends you to Shimmering Flats and I've checked with Zamek has nothing for me (won't even talk to me).
