This Boss is summoned as part of the Dungeon Set 2 Quest line. Details on how to summon him and how to beat him can be found here:
This guy is summoned in the room of War Master Voone. Though he is meant for an objective of the Tier .5 quests, most druids want him dead so they can get their Idol of Rejuvenation. If that is what you are after, I recommend getting together a stealth run to camp him.
Here is a good strategy:
Get 2 druids and a couple of rogues together and head down to kill War Master Voone -- he drops some nice rogue things as well, so this shouldnt be a problem. You could have one druid tank and the other heal, or have the rogues stun him constantly while the two druids heal. Afterwards, get the person who has finished the tier .5 quests to summon Mor Grayhoof; Mor does an aoe moonfire, but does no real melee damage -- he is easy with a decent group. Good luck!

Does anyone know how summoned bosses such as Mor Grayhoof react? For instance, can a boss be summoned - not engaged - and then have someone brought inside in place of the summoner?
Working on my Tier 0.5 upgrades at 70 for fun - had to kill this guy today. He's somewhat irritating to solo since he heals himself quite often - the cast time is short so I kept missing my chance to interrupt his healing touch. His melee damage was pitiful though, so this was essentially a battle of wearing down his mana and then spanking him. A little on the long side, but not difficult. He casts "Faerie Dragon Form" near the end of the battle... not sure if this is something we druids can look forward to in a later expansion or not, but I found it sortof amusing. :)
Personally, tried to solo this guy today. No luck at all. As a healadin who generally just outheals a bosses damage, this guy did not do much damage in caster form... but he heals for about 20% of his health using only 1% of his mana. So I spent the first 10 minutes slowly wearing down his mana.
Then he hits 50%, goes cat form and wtfpwns me. Turns out he has a stacking armor reduction debuff which turned all my plate into something worse than level 70 cloth. Who'd have thunk it?
I could see a dpser having more luck as they'd be able to outdamage his healing, but I'd recommend everyone take a friend!
you need someone who have completed the whole tier 0.5 quest to summon this dude.
for bigger guild you could just walk one man through the whole tier0.5 quest let the whole guild support him and when he/she is complete drag him down for countless farming runs so all the druids can get one :)
ive seen it on a fellow druid on my server
This guy is soft like butter. Just time the interrupts on his heals and keep the casters out of range of his AOE.
Mor Grayhoof is very easily farmable. I did it with a feral druid, a resto druid, and three rogues. It took us five runs to get the idol. Jaw Breaker droped twice, a 39.4 DPS dagger droped twice, and then the idol. The dagger also had a slowing effect on it. If you are not well geared as a rogue and someone asks you to farm this, say yes. GL and good farming!
NanaX 60 Rogue Eredar
got it on my second run when I was frapsing, unfortunately I thought it'd take a lot more than just two runs so cut fraps off before checking loot... oops.
We ran it for 3 druids.
You can raid this for the items, we killed him 3 times and got 3 idols. it seems like a high drop rate. we just stealthed to him, and it took like 5-10 mins per run.
Belt of the Trickster:
And this guy is piss easy :p
Problem is that : only some of the classes got the quest to summon him . As a priest I don't have it.
we failed... then we replaced 60 warlock with 60 warrior, we succeeded...
Don't worry about mana drain, just go all-out DPS on the guy, and have the paladin cleanse moonfire. Nothing else needed, really...
If you plan to plan to farm this guy make sure you don't turn in the quest :( You don't get to keep the item to summon him, unlike the previous tier .5 set quests.
After you complete the .5 quest series you will have a brazier of summoning that will allow you to summon ANY of the bosses that are able to be fought through the various .5 quests and kill them. This one can be summoned as well. My guild have 7 people who have completed the quests and Lord Val and have the brazier. I have my druid up to 46 and will be doing these farming runs as soon as my druid can handle LBRS.
very easy boss in comparison to Theldren. barely worthy of being in the questline, imo.
went there for my left part of the amulet with a warrior (me), another warrior, a paladin, a druid and a mage, thinking the difficulty would be at least on-par with Theldren, and found it a lot easier.
the paladin had to leave, but we farmed him with four people with absolutely no problems, so that the druid could get his idol.
doable in any PuG
this mace is definately gonna replace my timy's in pvp (specced maces after the patch and enjoying it bigtime) maces seem only valid built to me and this cute jaw breaker will definately put up a lot of stuns against targets and has 1% crit ftw
daggers are for sissies

Could anyone tell precisely where he is, does he need to be summoned and does it need a quest of some kind? I really want that idol :D

I am fairly certain that he has been changed since the patch yesterday. I keep seeing people say use bash, kick, etc. I did the run yesterday with three rogues and two druids. I can tell you that cheap shot, kick, and bash come up as immune.
On another try, we beat him with a warrior, palidin, mage, priest, and druid. War and pali stay kept him away from the casters. The mage and priest did damage (cure magic/mana burn). The druid healed. Basically, you cannot burn through the mana pool, as it is just too big. The priest is needed to remove the moonfire debuffs, this is critical. Other than that, once he gets mad enough, he'll spend most of his time in animal forms and you can just beat him to death. Try to save the counter spell for when he pops out of an animal form so that he does not get the chance to heal.
My char: Hopesfall, lvl60 mage.
I actually NEED to keep sumonning him, because the quest item that i need seems to have low drop chance too, so if you got group (10 man recommended, hes HARSH for LBRS, easily the hardest mob in there)... ill go, just whisper me.
Already killed him like 3 times.

do i must be a druid to summon him or can any class do it at the end of the t0,5 quest line?
I found the best way to take him down is either to interrupt his spell casting I.E. Counterspell/Sheild Bash/Kick or have all Ranged DPS besides a tank. We took him down with Pally/Druid/Warrior/Mage/Rogue.. The rogue died at the very start because he didn't understand english so me(pally) the mage and the Druid just stayed out of range. The tank moved when he hurricaned and I dispelled the tanks moonfire when he got it. was pretty easy. The range people can prevent getting moonfired by staying back far enough away. I'd say this is one of the easiest bosses for the Dungeon 2 set quests.
Easy Peasy! Had a noob tank first wiped twice then guild MT showed up and pwnt him. :-)
Anyone have any information on this guy? Is it confirmed that he drops "Idol of Rejuvenation"

I have received my first Blazier of Beckoning but it says I can summon only Isalien in DiM. Did that currently collecting Bloodkelps. Is there a way to make sure to get a Blazier for this particular guy? I'm afraid that in my second Blazier I won't get the Blazier for Mor Grayhoof, and I can't get my idol. :(
I killed Kormok in Scholo and now my second summon quest is Mor... it says (Dungeon) not (Raid), can he be killed in a 10 man? Or do I have to do it 5 man?
Where does this Quest actually start?
I mean where does the Quest with summoning Kormok etc... start.

He is really easy. Just keep someone watching closely on his healing and he will be dead in no time.

This guy is easy as pie. Killed him today on Illidan server with a 5 man pick up group. Well equipped tank (might/wrath) with a pally, priest, rogue and a 57 warlock rounding out the group. Warrior was the only one with decent gear. He AoE moonfires, hurricanes, changes into a bear/wolf/sprite darter, and heals. Make sure you kick the heals and hurricanes, and just burn him down. Real easy, pretty fun fight.
This one is part of one or the other T0.5 Quest.
As it is each class gets only to summon 2 different guys during the whole quest, but in the end - after killing Valthalak - you will receive a Brazier of Summoning, that will allow you to summon each and every spirit in the designated locations.
Have fun and good luck.
anyone have any idea other than that it involves doing the Mux Manascrambler quest(s)?
Which btw you can't just go pick up - you gotta do the other steps in the chain first.
This "boss" can only be summoned with an item you get when u finish the WHOLE, dungeon set 1 upgrade chain quest, he's not in instance... believe me, you dont wanna do that just for this idol... so better get someone to summon you. He's summoned in the Warmaster Voone's chamber.
Hopes this helps u out.
He dropped the idol, Needless to say our druid was overjoyed.
Can someone please provide detailed instructions of where to find him. UBRS/LBRS? Is he summoned? If so what did you need to summon him? I've been to UBRS like 50+ times and I swear I've never seen him.
farmed him today, 2 druis 1 rogue.
he is immune to stun effects but you still can kick him

Killed him in a 5 man PuG, much easier than Kormok.
Dropped Tome of Divine Right.
Did him a few times. First time was 3 druids (1 feral specced & 2 resto specced). We first went for outlasting his mana, after a while we changed tactics. We then charged with every heal he cast. I.e. one bear was standing away with enough rage waiting for the heal. Still the fight took about 20+ minutes. When he casts a hurrican, it's nice moment to get out of range and heal urself. U can also charge him to interrupt the hurricane.
After that we did him with 2 druids & 1 rogue. The rogue kicked with every heal. He went down in about 4 minutes.
So make sure u got someone which can interrupt spell casting. He's immune to bash, stunlock, gauge. If u don't, expect a long fight (mor has about 33k mana).
I've been doing stealth runs with a resto druid and two rogues to try and get the idol to drop. We typically make it back to the boss and have to wait a couple of minutes to re-summon Mor due to the cooldown on the item.
Save evasion for cat form - he hits pretty hard (1900 non-crit on a rogue in BWL gear). Interrupt his heals when he's in regular cast form. Kick was always off cooldown by the time he decided to cast another heal. Move out of the hurricane and rinse/repeat until he drops the idol. No luck for us yet.
