This is the best Tyrannical week in my opinion as Explosive is relatively easy to deal with and bursting requires general group control. There are not major affixes that can ruin your run or cost significant time losses. That is overall why this week goes from A-C when many tyrannical weeks will go from A-F or potentially worse and fortified weeks can go from S to B.
