Blizzard has released a Hotfix addressing the refund time on Tier 6 pieces, as well as sharing a blue post announcing Arena Season 3 Rewards will be handed out next week.

Tier 6 Belt, Bracers and Boots from Sunwell Plateau are now refundable for 2 hours after purchase.
Arena Season 3 Rewards
Where are the arena titles/mounts?
Yes. We expect this round of rewards to go out to recipients following the weekly reset next week.
