A useful trinket if you are a heavy PvP'er. It can also be nice in raids, but it's much to random. 10% means 10%. No rhyme or reason.
If you are in the habit to be in battlegrounds alot, or for some reason tend to die too much in PvE and raids, the this trinket is worth the time/ money to get.
Do note, there is no cooldown on it. Some have said that there is an hour long cooldown on it when it procs, but this is untrue. It can proc 3-4 times in a row, 5 minutes apart. Time doesnt matter.
This currently works in the arena as well, amazing for that since a death means you won't be focused on, but pretty random.
your just unlucky its awsome in bgs
Still works in the Arena?
This item still works in the arena.
I can confirm this item still works in both Arena and Battlegrounds (meaning, it works anywhere and everywhere).
Extremely useful for most things if you can stand to lose any stat bonuses or other useful Trinkets for it.
Lol I have this on my hunter so the WTF??? Factor isn't as Grand because ppl probably think I just FD'd. But this is a great trinket in PVP because when I get DOT'ed by a Warlock and am just 1 or 2 shots from killing him I rez and Bam! I can also confirm there is no rhyme or reason to this trinket I've had it procc alot and none at all for awhile. The only thing that bugs me is if someone takes ur insignia in BG. You lose the option to rez.
This is a nice card for Pvp, ive seen it work up to 5 times in a row, the ace sucks to get though, so goodluck on making the deck.
Not many people getting the Ace these days, but for the last month or so I've been searching for "portals" first thing when I get to the auction house. I'm not sure how it happened, but someone was selling the entire deck for 39g. I'm quite happy.
Lesson: search the AH daily!
the only item like it. its always funny to pop back up and fireblast that cannibalizing UD rogue. and laugh in its face, cause the shock on a dead rogue's face is simply priceless
This, in my opinion, is about the only darkmoon card that can be used by ALL classes usefully..
I just got for my holy pally and it works wonders when theres no lock with a soulstone to provide
The best with this trinket is that even now, after the burning crusade, it still has same value, to all classes. Still a very good trinket for pvpers. The only thing is that there are alot very nice PvP trinkets now so maybe it's not good anymore...
does it still work in arenas as of 2.2?
yup, it does, my teammate (resto druid) uses it alot
This works in all battlegrounds and arenas.
I just had it procc 3 times in a row while chasing the flag carrier in WSG x)
Anyway, in arenas the procc might be wasted sometimes when you die last, since you have like 1 or 2 seconds to "accept" it before the score pops up and the other team wins. IF you however manage to accept it, you will have an easy time killing the lowhealthed people who are left, cause they are standing there, typing to each other or waiting for the score to pop up xD
So a tip: When accepting this before arena ends, nuke the hell out of the healer ;D
Also to make it easier for you to accept it in time, bind this macro to a key you can press fast:
This is a very useful PVP trinket but it can also be useful for recovering in instances and raids.
If you are an engineer that is*
Raid wipes, this trinket procs, you rez and equip the cables, then jump start a person with rez!
(Edit: Can anyone verify if this works as of 2.3 in Arena's and Battlegrounds?, thanks in advance!)
still works in battlegrounds, not sure about arenas tho, no proc yet, but i havent been dying much :D
This would be pretty awesome in arena's if it worked. Sure it takes one spot which will probably be your 40 Stamina trinket, but what use it stamina when your dead :). I think i'll be using this on my paladin when i hit 70 and start doing PvP and arena's.
It is worth noting that as a priest specced into spirit of redemption, this has a 10% chance to proc when you die and revive as the spirit, and a further 10% chance to proc when you die at the end of the duration. In arenas, this is essentially a 20% chance to get people off you long enough to drink up to full and reset the match - highly useful, and well worth the gold spent on the deck.
Does anyone know if this works with 2.4 patch? from 2.3 it would seem so.
Yup it does. Today we were up against a Druid / War 2v2.. combat log showed the warrior dying 3 times in under 1 minute. We won, although thoroughly confused for 5 minutes!
The effect takes priority over Soulstone - if you are soulstoned and it procs upon death, you will only have the option to release or use the Twisting Nether.
Where i have to bring the deck of cards to get this think in patch 2.4.0.?
I was at the place in mulgore where this fair has to be but there were no fair at April 7
I play as a resto druid, and it has won us soo many matches, and my team m8 (warrior) gives me a chance to run away as soon as it procs by leading the other team away.
Overall and worth while investment.
EDIT: and yes, it does work in 2.4.1
The hardest card to get for this was the Ace.
But for me it was well worth it. As a heavy PvPer it's wonderful to just get beaten by an enemy, only to pop up and Fire Blast them :P
The strangest thing is for me it always seems to like proc'ing 3 times in a row or not at all...
But, for PvE this thing is a bit of a waste, unless you are wiping lots as a healer or tank, otherwise it's more efficient to equip damage/stat boosting trinkets.
and I've confirmed personally that it has no cooldown and is simply a random 10% chance. It does work in Arena's, but if you are the last person on your team alive, be prepared to click the Twisting Nether button as soon as you die, else you'll only have about 1.5 seconds before the score screen comes up.
This lists the locations and times of future Darkmoon Faires, which is where you turn in the quest for this card.
This card is awesome, and your opponent will be so shocked when you come back that if he has low life you will get a kill almost every time. You also come back out of combat, meaning warriors can charge and rogues can restealth.
Does this have the 30 second equip cooldown, or can you put it in right before you die in hopes that it procs?
Still works in arenas, procced 2 times in a row for me today. (lost the match though >_< )
Even got angry whispers about me being a cheater and being reported by numerous players =P
I have no statistics about proccrates (being < 10% @ lvl70) but my guttfeeling says it proccs more seldom now than at lvl 60.
Who's this guy who says it barely procs? It procs so much for me it seems hard to believe it's only 10%. I've had it proc 3 times in a row in WSG on two seperate occasions, and countless times its proc'd twice in a row.
In my opinion this is one of the best items in the entire game, and the best trinket. I'm a druid, and when i rez with it, I can instant heal and innervate back to 100% in a matter of seconds. Not only is it great for PVP it's also great for PVE. If your raid wipes, you can have a 10% chance of rezzing and saving the day. Honestly there isn't a trinket in the game that I would replace this item with. Any druid who doesn't get this trinket, has no idea what they're missing.
Do you know how funny it is when someone kills you in WSG or AB, and you rez, instant heal and moonfire spam them into oblivion, taking away the last bit of life you weren't able to before you died? God I can't even imagine how annoying it must be for the other person.
I have had this equipped for few weeks in MC,Scholo, etc. Killed over 30times without 1 proc.
I guess it could be bad luck, seems unlikely for 10% chance. Think it is defective, going to try to return it to Blizzard with receipt.
First run with this trinket in AV I (lvl 60 pally) got caught up 1 on 1 with a shammy. Fight took forever, both of us with next to no life and mana when he dropped me. He sat down to eat and i poped up and blasted him with a hammer of wrath. I would kill to have seen the look on that guys face. Card hasent left my trinket slot since :)
Dude, it's unique.
If youre a Shaman in BG you could theoretically self rez three times:
1. Warlock soulstones you.
2. Shadow priest kills you. Use SS to rez and continue fighting the shadow priest.
3. Shadow priest kills you a second time. Use Ankh to self rez and continue fighting.
4. Shadow priest kills you a third time. Trinket procs and you self rez to continue fight.
5. Shadow priest kills you forth and final time.
6. Phone Blizzard and cancel your account because you suck.
Okay guys there are 2 types of probability in the world, independent and dependent. Independent means it relies on nothing, for example dice: there is a one in 6 chance that you will roll a six but that doesn't mean that every 6 times you roll the dice a 6 will appear. Now dependent probability means, for instance 6 items in a bag: there is a 1 in 6 chance you will pick up the ball (a random object chosen for experimental purposes) and this DOES mean that every 6 times you pick something out IF AND ONLY IF you leave them out, you WILL get a ball somewhere in there. Now, the Twisting Nether card is independent, a 10% chance to proc means that it is a 10% chance to proc every time you die, therefore every time you die you have a 10% chance of rezzing. This card doesn't guarantee a rez every 10 deaths.
Does this work in ranked arena matches?
I'm a Prot Pally, and after equipping this trinket - it proc'd on my first 2 deaths, then later in an instance and again in 2v2 pvp arena.
Definatly worth it!
^^ YES, and commenting on the proc rate it must be completely random 10% chance, this has procced for me twice in a row multiple times, and once 3 times in a row, it has procced at useless times, and it has procced at extremely useful times such as healing in arenas.
In raids id stick with ur regular dps/healin trinkets
I nominate this as most amusing trinket ever!
there is no cool-down, and every time you die you have a 1/10 chance of being able to resurrect yourself (independent probability).
This trinket is probably the most fun in the bg, as an affliction warlock there is nothing more amusing than resurrecting 3 times in a row (1/1,000 chance) and killing 2 rogues by myself.
It even proced 4 times in a row once (1/10,000 chance), the amusing part is it was me vs about 11 alliance, i didn't kill any of them but they just couldn't keep me down, after my 3rd res they just stood next to my body waiting for me to res again.... and i did, LOL!
You mean like "oh no, a healer died. wait, he has twisting nether. RESUME FIGHT"
Twisting Nether is clearly the best item ever created.
I've been using it since the moment I hit 60, and at 70, I still find it just as useful.
I don't know about this supposed "10%" chance to rez. In my case, it seems to be closer to 90%. I actually reached the point in which I was worried someone would report me to a GM. I was being rezzed every single time I died for a solid two days running. I was dismounting in midair over shattrath just to prove I was some kind of Captain Scarlet.
It's greatest use is in Arena though. Once you've been killed, the opposing team automatically assumes you're gone for good, and if you're a rogue, you can immediately rez, stealth, find a corner and heal. Then jump back into the fight and nobody will know what the hell just happened.
One word of warning. If you're using this in arena, you must not be the LAST person to die. Once the last person in your team has died, the match ends, whether Twisting Nether procs or not. There's been many a time where I've been the last man killed, and twisting nether has procced, but the match has ended quicker than I could click the rez button.
Theres somthing wrong with mine the icon to use it doesnt apear :( have it equiped but all i see is release
It doesn't seem to be working in arena in 2.4, can someone tell me if it still works for them :(?
Oh and Rorinder, yeah it only shows up when it procs, otherwise you get the normal release option.
Well I love this trinket!
Got it for like a month now
and it saved my ass many times
It's fun to ress in bg or arena
because it's confuses the other players :P
and can save your arena match.
and it's also nice in instances
I am a resto druid and if the healer
dies at a boss, you are usually screwded :P
Not with a happy trinket like this
The trinket occurs like twice at day
for me :)
Well having it and died 22 times in a row and didn't proc, doesnt give me much hope in this trinket ^^ Maybe just unlucky tho.
People seriously don't understand the power of this trinket.
Yes, it got kinda little use in Raids and Parties, but otherwise its very useful actually.
I'm using this in Stratholme all the time while I'm soloing for Deathcharger's Reins. And after now over 700 runs (MobInfo Counting) it has saved me quite alot of time by letting me ress instantly instead of corpse running, which takes some time.
The trinket is also useful in PvP situations as if you get ganked by players, or you are just doing Battlegrounds. You can wait until the players are gone, ress, go eat and continue.
This goes for Arena combat too, if you die and your other teammates can get the enemies away from you so that you can ress and eat your way up to full health. However you might want to use other trinkets in the Arena instead of this one.
It is also useful in boosting situations, if you pull too much mobs and die (most unlikely) you can ress out of that and probably survive the few mobs you aggro once you ress.
a Priest with Spirit of Redemption got 20% chance getting this to procc too. As the priest dies two times, once you die, and after the Spirit of Redemption time is over/canceled.
This trinket got LOTS of other uses too and is probably one of the best Darkmoon Cards out there. So if you got the time and money go get this trinket, as you won't be disappointed.
I like this 1, only the Ace away from full set on stormrage.. 1 thing that do concern me, is that you only get 20HP and 20 mana, so a res in combat wouldnt be worth that much :(
Watching someone do all these amusing emotes acting like they are tough only for me to jump out, go L O L, and then get away
Of course the druid runs away =P
shamans reincarnation works just like this.
when you die you get to choose if you wanna release spirit or reincarnate.
BTW. That Trinket ress with 20% health and mana.
I've got this card and I've died over 50 times. Perhaps I misunderstood the description but does it actualy give you the option of ressurecting yourself where you died? Or does it merely give you health and mana apon returning to your corpse and ressurecting the old fashioned way?
It finaly procced for me in ZG tonight. Another button appears beside the "release" button that says "twisting nether".

LOL I rembember when me ( a warrior) was defending our FC ( a paladin).
Three horde came up, I pwned the two :D, but there was a shaman who was attacking the pally.
I managed to get off two crits to kill him, with me at less than 10% health, and the paladin ( FC) with 2% health...
then the shaman all of a sudden came back to life and used an Instant cast to kill him lol, then the horde won >.<
though it may seem like it, the trinket isn't worth it.
i don't have it, but it DOES NOT beat the benefit of something like Insignia of the Alliance or Stormpike Insgnia Rank 6. why?
very simple...it doesn't add to your stats during combat. if you're in AV (alterac valley) for example, chances are you going to die anyway, and the CHANCE of you being able to resurrect instantly won't make any difference if you are getting overpowered. if you die in 1v1 and the opponent is low on health, yes, it makes the difference...but with AV being a team effort, most of the time you'll get killed because the enemy is rushing you. so you die, resurrect, and they rush you again, which shouldn't be a problem since you only have 20% health back anyway. simply put, it doesn't equal to any trinket that adds stats to your character while in combat. +24 dodge rating (Stormpike Insignia Rank6) is going to do so much more than the chance of being able to resurrect.
HOWEVER, what it is good for is selling in the AH.
if you're lucky enough to own the complete set, don't turn in the quest...put it on for auction so that you can make a ridiculous amount of money from those who haven't read this.
Actually, this isn't a bad trinket at all. For boss fights in MC, (or other raid instances) this could very well save a raid. Let's say a druid has this thing on. Everyone wipes and *crap* the SS wasn't up, or the person with the SS used it during battle because he thought he could have saved the day, or whatever. The druid can rez up (if it procs- and yeah 10% aint much, but it sure is better than nothing) and then rez a priest/ pally. Now imagine all the druids having it- 2 or 3, already your odds have gone from 10% to 20 or 30%... not bad for a trinket. Yeah, it sucks to have to wear it, but at least it's there. Also, imagine this possibility: if you are a healer/ rezzer and die in battle, when you rez, you have no aggro. That means, you can REZ PEOPLE during a battle! Imagine that bonus! Best part is, I don't think there is a cooldown, so if you are unlucky enough to die twice, but lucky enough to proc it twice, boss battles can become easy. Granted a lot has to do with luck, but everything about MC has to do with luck- as long as my luck with this trinket does not correlate to my luck with cenarion dropping, then I'll be set, lol.
ALSO: yet another scenerio- don't you hate it when you die early in a boss fight in MC? You have to pray someone can battle rez you OR that they kill the boss before you release, or you can kiss that loot good bye. With this thing, there is a 10% chance you will not be forced to release and you can get that loot and save that raid. It's worth it to me- as well it should be worth it to any raid to have a druid/ pally/ priest (even shammy- if it doesnt proc, you have reincarnate to back you up) without SS to have it as well. The more, the better chance of it going off.
Just my 2 cents. Again, I'll say it again, 10% is a low chance, but just imagine the possibilties. And with that, I'll let you start the flaming, lol.
I got it and tested - died 82 times, no res at all...
Bad luck? :/
I would not buy it if i knew...
Wow! This thing is great 10+ procs in 1 day! I love it!
Edited, Aug 7th 2006 at 11:55pm EDT by Rozal
Never mind the Ace, just got the whole set, still on stormrage :) Now if only the faire would just come..
imagine: a whole raid of 40 members, and everyone has this item. Who would care about wipes?^^
Edited, Thu Sep 29 10:56:23 2005
I got my card on Monday.
Although I am Warlock and a cannot rezz other players (okok, I have Jumper Cables XL) its the best trinket I can imagine for very long boss fights.
Molten Core, Baron Geddon... I get the bomb, run to the wall... and die.... Critical hit with 4967 damage... Both OOC rezzers are on the other side, but my trinket proccs. So I can fill my Mana and Health and go on fighting. I believe that it will procc at least once in a MC run at this procc chance of 10%...
Someone had put the Ace of Portals up in the AH for only 10g!
I happily snatched it up, bought the rest of the cards, assembled the portals deck, and turned it in for this lovely trinket. Luckily the faire happened to be in town at the time too! I imagine having the chance to battle rez in MC will be somewhat useful.
Yeah so I just got my Ace for 60g. the rest cost about 25g about 2-4 for each card so I guess I just got lucky. Anyway, I have to wait until the Darkmoon Faire comes back into town... Ugh. I hate waiting...
yep this trinket is from the portals deck
10% will hardly replace warlocks, and for the price these rediculous cards cost (both time and / or money) I'd rather bloody run to my corpse (or wait for a res if raiding)
I don't think these items are epic quality at all, theres simply too many other trinkets out there to make these worth the effort, this one seems like the best one around, and it's still pretty darn lame
Shame, another wasted chance from blizzard
I've had insanely good luck with this trinket. I got it two days ago and I've been able to res myself about 5 times already. Once in MC which saved a lot of people. Paid 250 for it. I'm happy.
I got this after collecting the whole deck (had to pay 275g for the Ace though >.<)
I have to say I absolutely love it. It has procced for me about 8 times now, which has come in really handy. A must have for healers and is worth every copper :)
just think about it, saying your alliance and your the only paladin with it, it works just like a soulstone, either release or accept the res, so say you guys wipe your out of soulstones and your 10% procs, then you can accept, drink up eat up out of combat, res the raid, nice job just saved time, how is this thing bad? thats such a great trinket, even with 10% if you have multiple resers with it, its such a benefit
I'd like to ask you if it is possible to equip 2 different darkmoon cards for example:
Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon
Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether
I know they're unique but thats for the exact same card isnt it?
Does this have a reduced effect for players over 60?
I just got it, I died at least 20 times today during a bad shattered halls run and it never kicked in once.
I guess my night elf will go play in Thunder Bluff tomorrow and see how many deaths it takes to kick in.
A warlock and a resto shammy was dueling a Priest/war.
The lock kills the priest and gets on the warrior, it procs and suddenly the war is getting heals.
Everyone goes WTF! and they turn and see the priest healing
The priest is killed again
Back to the war, it procs and bam back to square one.
Priest killed and war defeated.
Summary, That trinket proc'd twice since he rezzed out of combat he had time to drink, since by all assumptions the priest is dead, AND, the priest still gets the Angel thingy,so It wins. I'm sure it was a freak occurence, but isn't the chance of that happening alone worth it?
Warlords: Greater Darkmoon card of Heroism - occasionally heals you while you are engaged in melee combat.
Elementals: Greater Darkmoon card of Maelstrom - occasionally impact an enemy you are fighting with for heavy damage.
Portals: Greater Darkmoon card of the Twisting Nether - occasionally pull your spirit back into your body after death and restore you.
Beasts: Greater Darkmoon card of the Blue Dragon - estores mana
whats wrong with a Rogue using this trinket? O.o
10% chance to rez with 20% hp and mana(which rogues dont have)
but energy restores pretty fast anyways...
nothing wrong with that right? since rogues tend to out dps tankers in instances...
I love this trinket, its insane for both PvE and PvP. Not proccing out of 30 deaths is definitely bad luck, but mine procs at about the stated percentange.
Its incredibly useful for MC/BWL, allows you to rez and immedatiately starting rezzing dead party members. And in AB, it proccing can easily mean the difference between losing or keeping a resource.
I paid 450g for mine, easily worth the money.
Tha is all I wanna say.
Great foe PVE suck for PVP but just doesnt matter.
Okey, its like burst-proccing tbh... i have been using this for a month or 2 now. 2times it have procced 3times in a row (so funny to zerg 3 alies :P). And often it proccs 2times in a row.. but it can easily go 10-15deaths without a procc too. Imo, if u wanna have a trinket that isnt good until you actually die, this is good lol.. but its hell of a fun to unexpect-res and kill those alies ;P
I died about 7 times since I had it before it finally procced for me in ZG earlier. Dunno what the real proc rate is, but its nice to not have somebody else rez you.
Proc image ->
Agh I hate posting pictures. just copy the link location to see it.

That is awesome! Imagine if every rezzer in a 40 man raid had these! GOOD BYE Warlocks, ya bums :( Now I need to roll a mage.
This trinket sucks, it's not good for anything. It wont save wipes. The percentage is 2 low. It's just a waste of a trinket spot imo.
effort? what effort i won teh ace in a scholo run and bought rest cards for 2g each and there i go
this trinket is fun imo =D
i cant rez ppl... im a warrior anyway i like it very much
Seriously, if fate is on your side, this can be one of the most powerful trinkets in the game :). Suddenly ressing for no random reason and doing something evil based on your class "for me its instant heal myself and innervate...it's like you have to kill me twice :) I'm a druid btw" This trinket has done various things as I've held it on me. Some examples are...
Suddenly allowing me to leave a group of gankers going WTF as they watch me revive, go cat, form, and cat dash away and realize they just lost half the pleasure in ganking. (Percent ganking value varies with the ganker)
Being a livesaver for the group I'm in by giving me a chance to once again live and bring my group back into action
Being just the edge I need to finish off my opponent
Watching someone do all these amusing emotes acting like they are tough only for me to jump out, go L O L, and then get away
And yes, this thing can sometimes go on a proc frenzy. I think this druid realized that when he had to kill me 4 times due to 3 procs
well...I got 2 of the cards in a drop, bought the ace of portals card for 50G (gotta love noobs in the AH), and bought the others for maybe 20G...so 70G for it...then! I went to get the card yesterday (had to go to Mulgore for the faire ), then i died in a tower helpping a guildie, proc, died in EPL cuz a guy dropped aggro on me, proc, died in winterspring bc 57 elite dragon patrolled into me while fighting another 58 elite, PROC, this card is PWNAGE.....i know expect to never have it proc again.....
Edited, Jul 11th 2006 at 3:38pm EDT by Vameq
The only bad thing is that you actually have to equip it. Looking at some of these other new trinkets, I sure wouldn't want to have to wear this all the time :D
10% meens it is random, it may be 1 in 10, it may be 9/10. You cant always expect it to work every time it fails 9 times...
and, note the word "CHANCE"
Edited, Mar 30th 2007 3:43pm by Romandude
People keep going on about this trinket saying the 10% is lies, a 10% chance to rez on death means a 90% chance not to but that doesn't look quite as impressive now does it...
Equip: Gives wearer a 90% chance of remaining dead.
Its a handy little trinket even in pvp, no one is going to expect a melee class to pop back up after being killed. Suprise attacks for all :)

Updating my previous post: This thing has about a 35% proc rate for me. Its insanely useful. Even in WSG, it gives me the edge necessary <3
holy crud... this is huge.
And trustme, if it's passive that means that it is always active. You will have that 10% chance and no, it won't blow if it doesn't work.
Awesome card. I wish I knew what deck it was from.
what are you talking about? 10% is a very low chance, jumper cables XL are 50% this card doesn't solve any problems, it just MIGHT save you from a corpse run. definately not a raid saver
Unlike many people who have posted here, I actually have and have been using this trinket for a few weeks now and I can truly say, I wouldn't have spent the time to get this if I knew what I know now. I have died 30+ times in raids and PVP with this trinket and never once have I been able to self resurrect. The problem was so bad, that I actually spoke to a GM about it. He told me it was functioning normally, but he would look into it... If not working once in 30 times is "functioning normally" then it's hardly epic in my opinion and your efforts would be better spent elsewhere. Either they need to up the % chance to rez or make the rate more accurate, or I'll be banking this thing soon in favor of a trinket that actually works and gives +stats/+dmg/+crit. I don't see why a 20% rez chance would be so bad, after all the work I put in to get I think Blizz could be _that_ generous... Maybe then it might proc on occasion and present itself as useful.
This works in arena.
ok wait..if its passive..how would it work for a rogue? like would i just click the trinket or what. either way..this thing is awesome. imo better than goblin jumper cables. idk the proc % of the cables but id assume its less than 10%? and besides..i dont think this card would blow up in your face if it didnt work.
The key to this trinkets usefulness is in multiple people having it. Like several people pointed out, if several raid members who can rez have this card, the odds are extremely likely that someone will be able to rez after a wipe.
I am working on getting it because once in a while it will save my group, and its a good feeling to save the day.
saved my grps ass today in bwl, some twat stealthed around in the room before Broodlord and pulled a bit too many dragons and dragonkins.. most where afk, had a break, and omg! guess who's Twisting Nether procced when we all died! hero of the day
woot, love this thing.
and yes, its possible to have it with another darkmoon card ofc, i have blue dragon too.
I thought this would be a great item as a priest. Got it, and the percentage seemed to be on target the first few months. Then the past few months...it has gone off one time! Serious bad luck as a few people have posted.
Would be sweet if the item were as consistently good as it states. Other decks seem to be extremely more consistent then this one.
Blizzard if you read... perhaps it could truly offer the proc at around 10% as stated and be more accurate then a chance at rare luck.
Safe travels all.

Are any other priests experiencing a total non proc from this trinket? Does it have anything to do with Spirit of Redemption?
I have this on my 68 pally, and last night it procced twice in a row!
I was mining adamantite when a 70 rogue two shotted me. He started stealing my last tap, so I took the rez and hit him with the Hammer. He trinketed out and murdered me again.
I took the second proc, gave him the ol Repentance, finished mining the node, gave a /rude, and bubble hearthed.
(Ps the rogue was undead but didn't WotF out of Repentance. Either it was on cooldown or he was bad.)
