For Disc, Intellect is your primary regen stat.

Spark is off the charts for regen/conservation. If you won't be doing Toc25 (for Solace) then Spark+Talisman is a good combo for holy.

Talisman should give you about 30mp5 from replenishment, fiend, and rapture.

It's hard to believe you're having mana troubles in your (awesome) gear though. Spirit food & mp5 flask says something else is amiss though... you should be able to eat normal SP food and SP flask. You could replace some of your SP gems with SP/INT, which is a fine gem for either spec.

My main problem as holy is, I'm used to the endless mana pool of Disc (where I can Penance, Shield, and FH for days on end) so much that I get very spammy. Being spammy with Prayer of Healing is very bad, I have learned the hard way.

1/2 of playing Holy is using your mana judiciously and learning how to regen properly. I may end up using my fiend twice, my Hymn of Hope once (sometimes twice) and one mana potion for a healing intensive fight like the twins or Jaraxxus.

The 10 man versions are far less stressful than the 25 man version (imo) but in either case, making good use of your Holy Concentration is a must. This means that your crit should be at least around 22-25% (but since your primary set is disc, I don't see this being a problem anyway). As well, you may want to consider adding in the glyph of Flash heal to replace the glyph of PoH for added mana retention from use of Flash heal to stack your Serendipity.

Now to answer the actual question:

For a holy priest, the Spark of Hope is by far the best regen and mana conservation trinket you can have. Combined with Holy Concentration procs, you're going to end up with far more mana gained, and it completely ignores replenishment. Remember though, continue to stack up intellect if you're still having some regeneration issues. I would say that it's more likely that you're having mana problems as a result of playing a Holy Priest like a Disco Priest than from an inadequate source of regeneration. I think you should work on both. :-)

Ideally, you should be at exactly ZERO mana at the end of a healing intensive fight, or close to it. If you're a Holy priest and you're left with half a bar or mana, you're stacking too much regen and should be working for higher healing output instead, especially through gemming and enchants.

Get better dps, you won't go OOM if you have people that can actually kill the boss in a proper amount of time.

A twins fight that lasts 3-4 minutes = no problem.

A twins fight that goes close to the enrage timer = you might have some issues.
