I would say if you're pressed on cash just take Savagery. It's really up to you & how much you want to spend, but personally I like the Mongoose just as much as Executioner.

If you're sword spec, you might consider Mongoose:

For 15 seconds you gain:

~3.6% chance to crit
4% chance to dodge
240 armor
