Best Covenant for Beginning Survival Hunters in Shadowlands
In 9.2, your best Raiding Covenant relies entirely on if you have access to our two-piece set bonus:
Mad Bombardier

If you don't, it is recommended you stay Venthyr for Raid.
If you do, it is recommended you Raid as Night Fae for single-target or low target fights, and Kyrian for more AoE focused fights.
For Mythic+, Kyrian is still the optimal selection.
