Despite the tooltip's description, this also reduces the cooldown of ALL active pet abilities by 50%, including bite/smack/claw, growl and dash. Does not seem to affect passive skills such as the damage reduction from reaching low health. Hotfixed as of September 22 2021
The following effects are applied to the unique ability:

Tenacity: Survival of the Fittest allies near your pet take 10% less damage.
Ferocity: Primal Rage increases Haste by 12% for 20 sec, but no longer applies Sated.
Cunning: Master's Call frees nearby allies from movement impairing effects.
