It's a strong skill, being able to mess up someone's position, or throw a healer 40 yards into your team / away from their team. you can channel it while moving and players can interrupt you. the channeled strangulate counts as a stun, so if someone trinkets it the stun will break, and you can no longer throw them. big weakness considering it has the exact same cooldown as Adaptation, and demon hunters have no way to force pop adaptation outside of this skill.

when it does work its a godsend. 6 seconds of stun, followed by the throw animation, then an aoe 3 sec stun (1.5 on main target after diminishing returns). But it's competing with Demonic Trample, which turns you from annoying to uncatchable. honestly if you wanna ruin people's day by throwing them around i think a well positioned blood death knight is more valuable.
