Cone of ability is 90 degrees.

If you stand face to target, holding right mouse button, and make step to left or right, your character will turn to that direction, but head of your character will follow where you aiming.

If you then use Wake of Ashes, animation can confuse you that you missed (launched it somewhere aside), but as long as you holding right mouse button and your character is looking ahead from your point of view, on your target, center of cone of ability will be where you aiming, 45 degrees to your left and 45 to your right.

I can only assume that "Radiant" damage is holy and fire damage mixed together, though it's difficult to say since resistances have changed in functionality for a while now.

If you're using an addon to track debuffs on your target, Wake of Ashes (205290) is the one specifically for the undead/demon stun effect.
