Вам понадобятся: Нерожденная валькира, Птенец летучего хамелеона (или Чудесный дракончик пустоты) и Хроминий (или щенок фьордового ворга).
1. Валькирой юзаем Проклятие рока, затем Нечестивое вознесение. Да, это всё, что от неё требуется.
2. Дракончиком юзаем Обмен жизнью, затем МЕНЯЕМ пета на Хроминия.
3. Хроминием юзаем Вой, Укус и Прилив мощи.
В подавляющем большинстве случаев, Стежок умирает.

Берём любых 3 водных петов с Очищающим дождём и Брандспойтом. 3 абилка не важна, её не юзаем. При должном везении на криты Стежок помрёт уже на 2 пете.

Додумался сам до такого. Прошел с первого раза. Никаких промахов и тд не было. Нужен Фигурка Анубисата, Чудесный дракончик. И Железная звездочка.
1 Начинаем сразу с Обмена жизни дракончика.
2 Выводим анубисата и ставим песчаную бурю
3 Выводим звездочку и делаем комбо ликвидация + баф 125% + ликвидация. У меня получилось так что в этот момент он еще и кинул на себя баф + 50 получаемого. И я ему снес 2500.
4 Выводим дракончика делаем обмен.
5 Выводим звездочку и добиваем.

Убил только что следующим сетапом:
Выносливый таракан: любой, Выживание, Апокалипсис
Изумрудный протодракончик:: любой, Власть изумруда, Изумрудный сон
Волшебный речной рак: любой, Заживляющий туман, Пожелание

Начинаем с таракана, юзаем апокалипсис и меняем на изумрудного протодракончика. Кастуем Власть изумруда и начинаем хилиться по кд. Рака брал про запас и он мне не понадобился, т.к. главное выжить 16 раундов.

Предлагаю такой сетап:

1. Чудесный дракончик Пустоты - абилки (Лунный огонь и обмен жизнью), либо аналог этого пета Детеныш летучего хамелеона
2. Маленький поглотитель разума - абилки (Усиление магии, волна маны, обмен жизнью)
3. Любой пет с добивающей абилкой больше 600(чаще всего столько остаётся под добивание), я юзал Механического пандаренского дракончика(несколько абилок +500), Хроминия (Вой и Прилив мощи), Смотрителя зверинца (Ионная пушка) и т.д.

Пет рандомный, все абилки рандомные, может бафнуть себя на на бешенство под первую фазу Волны маны Поглотителя, и в живых останутся все петы.

Фазы боя:
1. Дракончик - Лунный огонь - 0 дамага
2. Дракончик - Обмен жизнью - 2300+ дамага
3. Замена на Поглотителя
4. Поглотитель - Обмен жизнью - 1280+ дамага
5. Поглотитель - Усиление магии
6. Поглотитель - Волна маны 1 ход - 500-700+ дамага
7. Поглотитель - Волна маны 2 ход - 500-700+ дамага
8. Поглотитель (если не умер) - Волна маны 3 ход - 0-500+ дамага ( в случае смерти выставляем дракончика и делаем обмен жизнью, с заменой на добивателя)
9. Поглотитель (если не умер) - Усиление магии, если ещё раз не умер :) Обмен жизнью (в этом случае у него останется 350 хп или меньше
10. Добиватель, добивающий удар или с усилением добивающий удар

Стежок-младший
Победил сегодня несколько раз, чтобы быть уверенным в сетапе, с помощью Железной звездочки, Хроминия и Долгонога. Мне обычно хватало и первых двух, чтобы убить Стежка, а долгонога держал для подстраховки. Ситуация периодически менялась, но в большинстве случаев убивал так:
Железная звездочка:
Ликвидация->Суперзаряд
->Ликвидация->Ликвидация->Клубок энергии->Суперзаряд
->Ликвидация->Ликвидация х2, если к тому моменту звездочка еще жива.
Хроминий:
Вой->Укус->Прилив мощи, далее по кд.
Если Хроминий умирает раньше Стежка, используем любого долгонога: Брандспойтом добиваем, если нужно, хилимся Волной исцеления.

Маленький поглотитель разума
Чумной щенок
Яркий калири
Поглотителем делаем "Обмен жизнью", когда оная будет в плане 200-400.
Чумным щенком вешаем "Вой" и просто бьем "Зараженным укусом", он должен дожить до 2-го воя и оставить у босса около четверти хп.
Затем выводим калири и добиваем ударом хищника.

У Стежка здоровье должно быть около 1200-1500, тогда он упадет сразу, благодаря пасивке нежити реснется и снесет калири, но у нас в запасе Маленький поглотитель разума который ушел из боя после "Обмена жизнью" с полным здоровьем, и к этому моменту точно будет жив.

Итак, мой гайд. Перепробовала многих. Остановилась на нежити. Почему на них? Потому что они выживают и могут наносить усиленный урон.
1 выпускаем "Ползучая лапка" кидаем "Проклятие рока" и уводим в запас.
2 выпускаем "Призрачный северный волчонок" вешаем на себя "Укрытие" далее юзаем "Царапины" (тип зверек дает повышеный дамаг) пока волчонок не умрет, потом кидает сразу "Призрачный кус" и спокойно умираем во второй раз.
3 выходит "Чумовой щенок" кидаем "Вой" и два раза подряд юзаем "Зараженный укус". Дальше по кд.
Противник бъет не только активного питомца, но и тех что в запасе. К 3-му пету "Призрачная лапка" уже умирает.
При определенном везении щенок выживает. Пробуйте=)

2. Хроминий: Вой, Укус, Прилив мощи, меняем на Духа повторяем шаг 1.
3. Горный лисенок: Вой, Укус.

Перепробовал разные сэтапы, но если у вас нет Валь'киры, многие из них работали по принципу прокнуло/не прокнуло. Кроме одного, он срабатывал всегда

Маленький поглотитель разума - Обмен жизнью
Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола - Очищающий дождь и Брандспойт
Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола - Брандспойт

В качестве долгоногов подойдут любые, желательно с брэдами на силу.

Выводите поглотителя, опускаете ему ХП до минимума и используете Обмен жизнью - Стежок моментально лишается половины ХП. Сразу меняем на долгонога, он ставит Очищающий дождь, а после просто спамим Брандспойт. Перед смертью 2-ого долгонога желательно обновить Дожд. Третий добивает Бранспойтом

Как пройти быстро и без рандомизации:

Особенность противника в наличии бафа Железная нить
Прошел следующим сетапом:

На второго/третьего подойдут любые питомцы водного типа с абилками Очищающий дождь, Брандспойт, например распространенные Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола
1-2(3) раунд: пропускаем ход, пока у нашего Маленький поглотитель разума не останется жизней на один удар.
Мы ходим первые, на последнем издыхании используем Обмен жизнью и вуаля, у Стежок-младший половина хитпоинтов, то есть 3к, вместо 6ти, а у нас фул.
Далее баф Суть вещей и бить Волна маны. После всех этих манипуляций у противника остается порядка 1500-1700 хп.
Выводим нашего Маленькая золотая рыбка, бафаем Очищающий дождь и бьем Брандспойт до победы (хватает 2 удара)
Третий пет не понадобился.

Вообще без проблем убивается 3мя петами: любой таракан с апокалипсисом и выживалкой (в моём случае Выносливый таракан), любой краб с защиткой и хилкой (в моём случае Береговой краб) и третьим слотом любой водный питомец пожирнее для деления дамага от клива...
Тактика простая: открываемся с таракана, запускаем Апокалипсис, меняем таракашку на краба и по очереди жмём 2 кнопочки - хилку и щиток пока его не прибьёт метеоритом так же как и стежка... Доигрываем 2м водным петом, стежок умирает, профит...

Убиваю таким сетапом:
1. Выносливый таракан с Апокалипсис
2. Императорский краб с Волна исцеления и Панцирный щит
3. Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола с Волна исцеления

Начинает Выносливый таракан , вешаем Апокалипсис.
Меняемся на Императорский краб , вешаем щит. Обновляем щит и хилимся по необходимости. У меня один краб проживает до апокалипсиса. После краба выводим Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола, хилимся и Стежок ложится. Таракан не должен умереть, иначе Апокалипсис промажет.

Убил так.
Нужны петы со скиллами:
Вой - у многих лис есть
Гейзер+Водоворот - у пандаренского духа воды, или газруки. Важно чтобы эти скиллы были оба у питомца.
И всё. Больше ничего не нужно. Скорость выше 211
Делаем гейзер, водоворот, меняем на лису. Вой. Стежок жмет исступление и огребает. Лиса скорей всего это переживет (у меня пережила из-за стана гейзера, и из-за того что ходит первой)
Меняем на питомца с гезером и по новой.

Если что пошло не так, то у меня третьим железная звездочка. Ну уж она то добьет наверное

Илистый прыгун с оползнем и брандспойтом убивает практически соло. Оползень использовать под исступление, Брандспойт по кд.

Теленок нюзцао Тяжелый шаг+отхил, при удаче можно убить им одним, при неудаче надо кто нить на добивание
Добавление: Был не прав, ща чего то не получилось только теленком убить. Убил теленком и двумя дикорогами, вполне вероятно что можно и тремя дикорогами снести. Прикол в ударе который сносит 10% хп, а так как у Стежка 6к хп то каждый удар убдет сносить по 600 жизни.

Чудесный дракончик Пустоты снес противнику весь хп, используя "Чародейскую вспышку" и "Обмен жизнью" по кд. Упал только после воскрешения соперника. Зеркальный долгоног добил "Брандспойтом".
Не исключаю, что дракончику просто повезло.

Таракан с апокалипсисом и 2 долгонога с брандспойтом и волной исцеления, чтобы потянуть время.Таракан потом выживанием тянет ход, дающийся андеду после смерти при апокалипсисе. Все эти петы ловятся в Пандарии 25-го лвла рарные, нерфятся при поимке до 23-го, апнуть надо всего 2 лвла

Чтобы не париться, не летать по локациям других дополнений в поисках рарных убер-петов, используем тех, что подарило нам это дополнение:

Бриллиантовый краснопер - используем Орлиный глаз и бьем на удачу Клевать, чередуя с Кровоточащая рана, каждая атака сносит почти ровно 600 и восстанавливает на фулл нашего павлина.
Карликовый твердошкур - бить Тяжелый шаг. Этого должно хватить.
Сумеречная оса - если не хватило 1 удара Удар хищника

Убил двумя - Чудесный дракончик пустоты, на середине ХП сделал обмен жизни, и Илистый прыгун (вообще всем советую этого пета, много раз помогает), Оползень, и Брандсбойт. Третий был робот с ракетой, но он так и не успел выйти =)

Самый легкий способ убить Стежка - использовать какого-нить пета с Тяжелый шаг, а если он еще и хилится, как Зао, теленок Нюцзао например, так ваще халява.
Спамить Тяжелый шаг, пусть даже основной дамаг идет в блок, зато 10%, а это 609 дамага наносит стабильно.
В запас можно взять кого-нить с Запуск ракеты или Брандспойт, или пета с какой-нибудь другой сильно-атакующей способностью.

Я за эффективность!

1. Маленький поглотитель разума - Обмен жизнью, Усиление магии, Волна маны. Ждём перезарядки Обмен жизнью, используем и умираем. После удачного комбо выводим...
2. Телёнок Зао - Тяжёлый шаг, повторяем до предпоследнего хода, на котором он ~~предположительно~~ умрёт и применяем Пожелание счастья...
3. Птенцу новолуния. В зависимости от оставшегося ХП противника используем Тяжёлый шаг, затем Удар хищника.
4. Надеемся на удачу и переживаем последний ход )

Но вообще, босс достаточно весёлый и неординарный, потому чередование способностей Тяжёлый шаг, Пожелание и "экзекута" Удар хищника могут варьироваться по вашему желанию.
Плюсы Тяжёлого шага в том, что он гарантированно и без прочих зарядок бьёт на 609.
А при совсем удачном комбо, Маленький поглотитель разума способен отстоять 2 цикла и второй питомец выходит уже на 200-1100 хп босса (пробовал несколько раз).

Пандаренский дух воды и два любых пета с воем и атакой бьющей 300+ (брал две лисы с укусом). Атака без разницы против кого главное чтобы она дамажила больше 300 без воя, поэтому всякие лизнуть языком тут не подойдут они будут игнорится.

Выводите духа вешаете сначала гейзер потом водоворот, меняете на пета с воем, под взрыв воете, гейзер и водоворот взрываются, кусаете одной атакой пока он под бафом воя. Затем снова меняете на духа и всё по новой. Убивал с двумя лисами

Побеждаю 2 петами: Детеныш летучего хамелеона и Железная звездочка. Но для прокачки третьего этот энкаунтер не подходит - очень мало экспы дает.

Сначала дракончиком сливаем жизнь, потом юзаем Обмен жизнью и меняем на крысу. крысой юзаем Укрытие -> Призыв тьмы -> Атака исподтишка, убивается практически крысой и драконом.

Огнеупорный таракан - Апокалипсис
Изумрудный протодракончик с помощью Древнее благословение и Изумрудный Сон живет 14 ходов
Огнеупорный таракан используем Выживание, переживаем апокалипсис и в конце следующего хода Стежок-младший благополучно погибает.

Странно, что никто не написал.
Очень-очень легко умирает в 2 пета, что позволяет брать с собой вагончиков: Валькира 1-2-2 + Чумной щенок 2-2-1.

Первым ходом используете Проклятие рока, вторым Нечестивое вознесение.
Выводите Чумного щенка, используете Вой, Шквал, Шквал и кушаете труп, потом опять Вой, Шквал, Шквал и Стежок труп к этому моменту.

Протестировал 3 раза, и для всех 3х случаев выживают все питомцы до апокалипсиса, с хорошим запасом здоровья (3й - вагон 15+ уровня или водный).
Мой состав: Тараканище с способностями Выживание и Апокалипсис, Громовой плоскохвост с Зарытое сокровище и Бобровая запруда, "Вагон".

Начинаем с Тараканище сделав первый ход способностью Апокалипсис. Далее меняем питомца на Громовой плоскохвост и начинаем чердовать Зарытое сокровище и Бобровая запруда до самой смерти. После того как стежок получил удар от Апокалипсис, можно заменить питомца на вагона и пережить предсмертный удар от стежка.

Убил двумя Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола и Железная звездочка . Вся суть у первого долгонога взять сон и скаставать его на босса. Потом звёздочкой накрутить комбо и ударить. Потом поменять на второго долгонога у которого взяты все водные скилы и бить. В итоге легко добивается звездочкой.

Убил в 2 пета - выносливый таракан 22лвл и луноспинный краб 23лвл
Юзаем апокалипсис таракана, меняем на краба, у краба 2 скила - щит и отхил
Краб был 23 лвл поэтому все же умер, но апокалипсис сработал - сработало и воскрешение нежити, поменял на таракана, прожал выживание, и после неудачно атаки стежок умер сам

сносится в соло Механический скорпид с Ликвидация,Ослепляющий яд и Черный коготь.
Заряжаем ликвидацию первым ходом, ослепляем вторым ходом и далее по кд, черный коготь поддерживаем, а в остальные ходы тычем в него ликвидацией.

Убил одним Блескотрончиком, тупо юзал бронепластины по кд, делал ракету и ждал когда он на себя кинет усиление, потом ракетой ему по башке, дамаг идет почти 1к. В итоге Блес жив, отпрыск лоскутика мертв). Ваш кэп.

После нерфа убивается легко. Убивал Фигуркой Вуду, Зловещим Пламенем и Зандаларским ногокусом.
Фигуркой вешаем дикую магию, Пламенем вешаем надвигающееся прокляютие и выпускаем зандалара. Повесили черный коготь и групповой охотой убиваем стежка.

тут много комментариев что-то вроде "самый легкий способ убить стежка", но мой самый легкий способ это Хроминий, он в соло убивает стежка. Берем Укус, Вой и Прилив мощи. Начинаемся бой - Вой, Прилив мощи (как раз под его берсерк), потом опять Вой и просто кусаем его.

Теоретически можно убить его Смотрителем зверинца в соло. С начала боя использовать Смертоносный заряд,а потом добивать Разрушением.
Проблема состоит в том,что шанс атаки у Разрушения - 50%. Если не будет ни единого промаха- Стежок упадёт быстро.

Убивается соло Железная звездочка
1. Каст Ликвидация
2. Каст Суперзаряд
3. Каст Ликвидация - одним ударом сносим Стежку больше половины хп.
Затем юзаем только Ликвидация, в какой то момент Стежок дохнет, ресается, добивает вашего пета но и дохнет сам окончательно.

Странно. Очень просто убивается двумя лягушками. Первая прожата на Очищающий Дождь, юзаем сразу-далее Поцелуй, кот ДПС по 649 на 3-4 удар. При ХП у НИПа 3,2к-Снежок всегда умирает на второй лягушке.Вторая на хил-тоже только Поцелуй.
Вообще никаких сложностей.Если есть "вибрация"-ставьте ляг б 1600 хп.

Тактика победы в одного пета. Берем Механический скорпид ставим спелы 1 - ликвидация, 2 - ослепляющий яд, 3 - черный коготь. Далее ротация: 1 2 3 1 1 1 2 1 3 1 стежок умирает и ресается, жмем любую кнопку, профит.

Убила заводным гномом,соло. чисто запуском ракеты, т.к. к ударам наносящим меньше 500 единиц у стежка невосприимчивость. несколько ударов, починка, еще пара ударов, умирает, воскрешается т.к. механический, и добивает. оставшиеся 2 питомца поучаствовать не успели:)

Довольно сложные сетапы в гайдах.
У кого нет всяких валькир и прочих редкостей достаточно
1. Любой таракан с
2. Фигурка анубиса
3. Блескорон.

Тактика простая.
Вызываем Таракана, юзаем и спамим , но не даем таракану умереть, на последнем ударе уводим.
Далее фигурка Анубиса, и выживаем по кд
Ну и на финал Блескорон спамим .
До доживем без всяких трудностей. Если же он не убьет босса, то благодаря тому что у нас Таракан АФК, одна атака уйдет в него за счет чего и достигнеться победа блескотрона.

Самый быстрый и простой способ убийства
Не нужно ловить для этого каких-либо редких петов.
Нам понадобится всего лишь Хладошкурая крыса ,
которая достаточно быстро ловится в Хребте Ледяного Огня.
Высокий шанс убить в соло, но что бы не надеятся на крит лучше взять 2 Крысы
(У ордынцев качающих петов возле гарнизона наверняка в колекции все 3 пета будет)

Используем Вой и обновляем, добиваем Шквал .
Полный слак даже при двух раундовых миссах.

Убил одним петом - маленьким поглотителем разума (им очень очень сильно просаживаются битвы против легендарных петов 1 vs 3)

пропускал ходы до тех пор пока не осталось 100 хп - потом сровнял хп

потом еще раз также

а потом усиление магии + волна маны и за 2 хода он улетает

Очень удобно убивать его Прокисшим хмелементалем, сет абилок: Оползень, Помрачение сознания, Бросок бочонка

Для подстраховки брала кого-то там с брандспойтом, но не понадобилось.

Состав:
смотритель зверинца, механический остроклюй, заяц-толай (естественно все 25).
Тактика:
Смотрителем прожимаем ионную пушку и "шок и трепет" каждый раз, когда босс вешает на себя исступление, в итоге стежок получает очень неплохой урон (1к с ионной пушки, 570+ с шока), повторяем пока смотритель не падет смертью храбрых.
Затем выводим остроклюя, ставим приманку, что спасает нас от двух ударов босса, и меняем остроклюя на зайца. Зайцем прожимаем "царапины" и "закопаться", про бафф на скорость благополучно забываем, поскольку скорость у нас так или иначе будет выше чем у стежка, а урон там смешной. Царапины опять же стоит использовать под "исступление", на выходе получим 585 урона (не крит), закапываемся сразу после прока исступления, сэкономим немного хп.
В итоге убил с первого же трая, всем удачи.

Убивается в соло чумным щенком...Ставите способность "Вой" и "Шквал"...сразу применяйте вой,стежок задействует "Исступление",которое увеличит его урон на 100% и урон по нему на 50% на 1 раунд...далее "Шквал" который снесет ему пол хп и ждем восстановления "Воя"...щенок не умрет,так как не плохой танко пэт) Сразу как спадет кд на вой,повторяете схему) При применении воя стежок 100% вешает на себя исступление!

Не нужно столько извращаться с тактиками и множеством петов. Достаточно 1-го призрачного волчонка 25 лвл и просто юзать "царапины".

Все очень просто! Нужно пару очень распространенных питомцев.
1) Малый призыватель Бездны
Нам нужны его способности: Проклятие рока и Барьер-призма
2) Нужен питомец со способностью Кислотная жижа, у меня например Живая жидкость. Вот список других петов с этой способностью: Кислотная жижа, многие кстати очень просто получаются, взять хотя бы Червячок или Нечистый дух волн
3) Также нам нужен питомец который бы наносил больше 500 урона - идеальный вариант Порождение Пустоты.
И так, тактика:
Порядок питомцев 1. Призыватель бездны, 2. Живая жидкость, 3. Любой питомец наносящий урон больше 500 урона одним ударом.
Бой:
1) Заражаем стежка способностью Проклятие рока.
2) Ставим барьер Барьер-призма(косметический сейв для отступления к нашему другому питомцу)
3) Вешаем на стежка Кислотная жижа вторым питомцем.
4) Ударяем если есть чем этим же питомцем, либо меняем на 3 пета со способностью наносящим его.
После 3 удара стежку прилетает болезненные примерно 1600 урона. Добиваем его тем же алгоритмом, если не запиннали раньше.

Стежка соло убивает Механический скорпид.
1. Ослепляем Стежка с помощью Ослепляющий яд
2. Готовимся, Ликвидация. Стежок по вас промахивается.
3. Бьём мощной атакой Ликвидация.
4. И так далее. Ослепляем - бьем - ослепляем. Когда на Ликвидация и Ослепляющий яд будет висеть КД - юзаем для уменьшения урона Дополнительная броня.

Ловим пета Хладошкурая крыса около гарнизона орды и убиваем Стежка соло Призыв тьмы, Осторожность и спамим Атака исподтишка, обновляя призыв тьмы и осторожность. Остальные 2 пета любые, они скорее всего не понадобятся

Тут все просто, начинаем с Танцующий водорез: Брандспойт=>Волна исцеления, разряжаем Брандспойт. Волна исцеления по КД, Придерживаемся этой ротации до конца боя. Водорезов можно брать любых.

1) Нерожденная валькирия (вешаем доту и вселяемся духом увеличивая входящий урон)
2) Рапана или любой пет со способностью (Кислотная жижа - увеличивая дополнительно входящий урон)
3) Белка (любой другой пет со способностями против нежити) убиваем способностью царапать.

Убил с помощью Алая жеода + почти любой другой пет.
У Алая жеода берем способности: Кристальная перегрузка + Каменное буйство.
Можно будет заюзать такую связку дважды за бой, вносит почти 3к урона, если крит то убьете жеодой.
Также подойдет Элементиевая жеода.

Убиваю соло Хроминий, второй пет нужен только из-за реинкарнации Стежка.
Тактика следующая:
1. Юзаю Вой , Стежок юзает Исступление
2. Прилив мощи (в среднем 1800-2000 урона), у Стежка остается примерно 1400-1600 хп.
3. 2 раунда восстановление, после чего снова юзаем Вой , а Стежок Исступление соответственно.
4. Под воем прожимаем Укус, у Стежка остается 600-700х, у Хроминия срабатывает абилка на увеличение урона по цели с уровнем здоровья <50%, добиваем Укус .
5. Как правило, после этого Хроминий умирает, поэтому вызываем следующего пета под реинкарнацию Стежка.

Довольно легкий бой, несмотря на пассивку Стежка - блочит любой удар, если он наносит меньше 500 урона.
Суть в том, чтобы подгадать момент и накинуть на босса дебаф на урон, когда он под Исступление.
Далее дело техники.

Убил в 1 пета. Блескотрончик.

1. ставим Запуск ракеты
2. прожимаем Дополнительная броня
3. Запускаем ракету
4. спамим ракетой и броню по КД

PS: Весь бой нужно надеяться, что жирного не кританет на 900 ХП. Выносится быстро. У меня последняя ракета кританула. Всего потребовалось 3 ракеты.
PPS: В запасе лучше держать любых петов с хуками на 500+ХП. Может не хватить как раз одного удара.

"Ликвидатор" Робоцып с командой для подтанцовки безжалостно уничтожил Стежка-младшего. С первого же захода. Неожиданно для меня, если честно. А может секрет был в том, что не вовремя (для меня, конечно, наоборот) Стежок-младший впадал в исступление.
Мудрят чего-то все, мудрят...

я - из любителей твинководства и изи петбатл.. помню, что почти год назад убивала его в соло каким-то водным петом.. почитала верхние комменты - все так сложно, 3 пета, со всякими абилками.. решила полистать журнал-повспоминать.. и угадала с первого раза! :)
Императорский краб справился с первого раза.. Водоворот, хилка и снап :) все очень просто :)

Легко оказалось убить сетапом для танаанских легендарных.

Сначала Пандаренский дух воды
Жмем Гейзер и Водоворот
Затем выставляем Хроминий
Жмем Вой и дважды Укус и дело в шляпе

Самый лучший пет для Стежка - это Хромний
Юзаем Вой + Прилив мощи, после 2 раундов восстановления - Вой + Укус
Многое зависит от критов, второго пета можно взять чисто на подстраховку, но мне он ни разу не пригодился. Если повезёт, то Хромний умирает вместе со Стежком уже после его перерождения - всё зависит от того, будет ли Стежок бить соло дамагом или АОЕ. Всеми твинками вынесла Хромнием соло без проблем с 1 раза.

2 варианта с дополнительным местом под вагон.
1 вариант:
1)Любой питомец-нежить с воем(100% к получаемому урону на 2 раунда)
2)Железная звездочка

1-й выводим звездочку, используем ликвидацию, меняем на нежить, ждем пока помрет нежить, в последний ход нежити используем вой,снова звездочка, используем суперзаряд и ликвидацию.

2 вариант:
1)Снова любой питомец-нежить с воем.
2)Любой питомец с умением: Красться

1-й идет нежить, перед смертью вой,потом 2-й питомец, красться и любое умение.

Попробовал первые пару советов. переделал под себя так:
Берем 2 любых пета с Обмен Жизнью
- я взял 2 Чудесный дракончик Пустоты и Хроминий.
С пула жмем Обмен Жизнью, меняем на второго дракончика и жмем опять Обмен Жизнью. Теперь выпускаем Хроминий. У него жмем Вой, в этот момент Стежок юзает Исступление, и добиваем Прилив Мощи. И пережидаем ход пока сам не умрет.

Боже, ребят, к чему все эти сложности. Есть простой и бюджетный вариант "наказать" Стежка. Итак, берем Механический скорпид, с ликвидацией и ослепляющим ядом. Первым ходом ликвидация, затем, если Стежок готовится нанести сильный удар ослепляем его. И так далее....Убивается в соло. Меня еще ни разу данный вариант не подводил. Моя статистика 100% килл.

Повторить до победы. В случае, если вам не повезло с рандомом и вашего пета убили, можно добить Хромнием или любым другим петом (иногда остается нанести еще всего 1 удар).

Пет скорей всего умрет после удара Стежка - когда он реснется, поэтому:

Долго мучилась с этим Стежком из-за его способности Железная нить, пока не взяла 3х петов из семейства 'механизм' со способностью Запуск ракеты:
Синий заводной ракетобот, Блескотрончик и Заводной гном. Все синие (редкого качества), 25 уровня.
В итоге, справился один Блескотрончик Каждый запуск ракеты сносит 630 ед. урона.
Главное вовремя обновлять способность Дополнительная броня.

Р.с.
Во второй раз повезло чуть меньше, и Блескотрончик окончательно умер, не успев запустить последнюю ракету, которую построил. Не беда, эту ракету запустил Заводной гном.

Used Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, Nether Faerie dragon and Son of Animus.
Used Decoy.. Then Flyby.. Thunderjolt,,...Flyby.. and Decoy before you die.
Then Nether Faerie.....Moonfire, Life Exchange and Arcane blast till dead.
Finish of with Animus.. Jolt...Siphon... Metal fist.. Good luck Hope that helps

Currently extremely difficult to beat!
He has the buff Железная нить paired with Босс.
In the current Beta build, this reduces all damage taken by 50% FIRST, then by an additional 138 damage.

I was able to beat this 1x (out of about 10) by using the 'cheese' comp:
Нерожденная валь'кира using Проклятие рока then Нечестивое вознесение
Пандаренский дух воды using Гейзер then Водоворот.
Детеныш фьордового ворга using Вой.

The normal strategy of using a Water pet with Critter attacks is not viable, as none of those pets (frogs, turtles) hit hard enough to do any damage. Damage increasing abilities, such as Рой are outright blocked so the damage-taken debuff does not get applied.
Additionally, his Рассекающий удар whittles down your backline pets, leaving them quite weak!

Hopefully this will be fixed before live!

I can reliably kill him every time using:
Zandalari Kneebiter(P/B) with Hunting Party, Black Claw, Bloodfang
Zandalari Toenibbler(P/P) with Flank, Leap, Black Claw
Alpine Foxling(P/B) with Flurry, Howl, Leap
in this order.

Start with using Black Claw and don't let it drop off him. Then use Hunting Party and Bloodfang after it ends. If the Kneebiter is not dead use Black Claw until he dies (since he has no other attacks he could use). After he dies send in the Toenibbler.
Spam Flank and reapply Black Claw whenever it falls off. Make sure to reapply Black Claw before Toenibbler is about to die.
If Stitches is still high on HP use Howl with Fox, if not just spam Flurry.

Congrats! You have now successfully beaten Stitches Jr.

With the Iron Thread buff he has now it still wasn't too bad.
I used Nether Faerie Dragon, Sprite Darter Hatchling and Chrominus.

Use Life Exchange, then Arcane Blast till Life Exchange is available again. If he gets good crits and you get none with a fully buffed Arcane Blast either swap to Chrominus for Surge of Power or the Sprite Darter Hatchling for more Life Exchange, then Arcane Blast.

4 times I ended up killing him with just the starter pet, rest of my team died to cleave anyway. One time my starter pet got wrecked and the back up Life Exchanger finished him off. Chrominius is just a backup option.

Cheesed this fight really easily just now. Used an Нерожденная валь'кира, Детеныш летучего хамелеона and Детеныш фьордового ворга.

Starting with the Unborn Val'kyr, used Curse of Doom then Unholy Ascension.
Swapped to the Darter, used Life Exchange.
Swapped to the Worg Pup and used Howl then Flurry to finish.

By the time you switch to the Worg Pup, Curse of Doom will pop with the Howl buff up. After he's already lost half his health to Life Exchange, this takes him down to about 1k health. I was especially lucky and he buffed himself with Enrage which causes him to take more damage in addition to dealing it so when I hit Flurry, he took over 1k from two hits. Even if your Darter is lower level (mine is 17) and he targets it after resurrecting, the Worg Pup should have sustained very little damage by this point and stays alive to win the fight.

Debuffs and Big hitters are the order of the day here, because Стежок-младший has a wicked ability called Железная нить I used:

Bring out your Маленький поглотитель разума buff with Суть вещей and just hit him in the face with Обмен жизнью then switch to Нерожденная валь'кира, use Проклятие рока and then just kill her using Нечестивое вознесение and switch back to Маленький поглотитель разума and wait it out until you can use Суть вещей and Обмен жизнью again. Finally bring out Хроминий and use the strong combo of Вой & Прилив мощи, survive Стежок-младший's undead round and you win!

As is often the case (such as with Chi-Chi) the AI should follow a given order.

So the strategy mentioned of:
Val'kyr, Nether Faerie/Sprite Darter, and something with Howl works well. I used the under-loved Core Hound Pup as the Howl user, as it also has Scratch, a powerful Critter attack.

Turn 1 - Val'kyr uses Curse of Doom
Turn 2 - Val'kyr uses Unholy Ascension, dies, Sprite/Nether comes in
Turn 3 - Life Exchange
Turn 4 - Swap to Howler, eat a hit for free
Turn 5 - Howl, Stitches will Enrage, Curse of Doom will detonate for massive damage
Turn 6 - Finishing blow
Turn 7 - Just survive the undead racial

Red Cricket is close to soloing Stitches Jr. Pretty much just round after round of using Skitter and healing on occasion. The cricket did die, but then all I used was Chrominius and it was over.

Followed that with Чудесный дракончик Пустоты using Лунный огонь, Обмен жизнью and Чародейская вспышка.

I finished up with Хроминий using Вой + Прилив мощи for laughs.

May not need more than Щенок гончей недр or might need all 3.

Need a stupid easy way to beat this guy with zero trouble? You can do it with 2 pets!

2x Маленькая золотая рыбка (or any pet that can do Очищающий дождь/Брандспойт combo: there's plenty out there)
Any filler pet, preferably with a strong finisher *just in case* - I used Газ'руки for Проглочу целиком!

Your super complicated and extremely difficult attack rotation required is...

Pump
Cleansing Rain
Pump
Pump
Pump
Pump...

...ect ect, refreshing rain when it falls off.

So simple, a caveman could do it!

I was just able to solo him with a Ruby Droplet using and Dive on their cooldowns, preferring Drain Blood, and whatever you want in the first command slot. I healed up to 100% after every Drain Blood, rinse and repeat!

Yu'la and Zao make a pretty hardy combo against this guy. Start with Yu'la and knock out a chunk of his health with Life Exchange. Then, use Celestial Blessing to give Zao some more defense when he switches in. Switch to Zao and use Trample. The first part of the ability (The flat damage) will likely be blocked if you don't have any debuffs on the boss (or if Zao is above 50% health.) however, the second half of Trample will do a flat 609 damage every time. Combine that with a well timed use of Wish after the first 2-3 hits, and Zao can pretty much take him the rest of the way.

Used Nether Faerie Dragon (Arcane Blast, Life Exchange, Moonfire), Pandaren Water Spirit (Water Jet, Whirlpool, Geyser), and Core Hound Pup (Thrash, Howl, Burrow). Probably should've replaced Core Hound Pup with Alpine Foxling for Dazzling Dance, but oops.

Opened with Nether Faerie Dragon's Life Exchange.
Switched to Pandaren Water Spirit.
Geyser.
Whirlpool.
Switch to Core Hound Pup for Howl.
Thrash until Geyser and Whirlpool hit in the same turn that Howl is still up.

There was an element of RNG to this fight. I ended up with Core Hound Pup and Water Spirit both dead, but I managed to kill him with a lucky Moonfire.

I used an Iron Starlette (wind-up, supercharge) to solo him.. got a crit to finish him, but still a great effort. Would recommend it to start the fight and get as many wind-ups in as possible.

Was able to solo it with the Mini Mindslayer with a lucky timing of his ability that increases his damage taken.

Turn 1 - Life Exchange
Turn 2 - Inner Vision
Turn 3 - Mana Surge

Then use Life Exchange again if it survives.
I had Egbert as well, because Trample is insanely good.

start with beetle and cast Apocalypse

Switch into Cawdad, shield and pop Wish on cool down, making sure that you keep the beetle alive.

Switch the beetle back in for the last turn. Stitches will survive for another turn due to undead but you will win after that.

If you don't have Magical Cawdad I would imagine that a deer spaming AoE heal and keeping HoT up would also suffice.

Stitches Jr.
Used Iron Starlette, Chrominius and Strider. Deafeated him multiple times to make sure the set-up does work without fail (at least for me). Stitches used his abilities quite randomly though most of the time my team did this:
Iron Starlette:
Wind-up->Supercharge
->Wind-up->Wind-up->Powerball->Supercharge
->Wind-up->Wind-up х2, if your pet is still alive.
Chrominius:
Howl->Bite->Surge of Power, then act depending on your cooldowns.
If Chrominius dies prior to Stitches, use any strider: Pump is used to finish the Stitches while Healing Wave is used for self-healing if needed.

Edited for patch 7.3.5:
This undead boss has a buff that blocks all attacks which do less than 500 hp in one shot. For example, the Arctic Fox Kit has Flurry for against undead, but it hits 2-3x to add up to that 500 or more damage in one turn. The 500 hp damage has to be done in ONE hit.

Start the fight with the roach and use Apocalypse, then immediately switch to either the skimmer or the strider. Keep Cleansing Rain up 100% and just Pump the boss all the way down, switching to the other aquatic when the first one dies. I still had two rounds of Apocalyse to go when Stitches died.

If RNG is really unkind to you and Apocalypse goes off, pop Survival and win.

STRATS

Strider: Pump > Cleansing Rain > Pump > Cleansing Rain whenever it's available.

Carp: Healing Wave > Dive > Water Jet until you can Healing Wave and Dive.

NOTES: Your third pet could easily get killed, so I recommend one with high health if you want it to survive. An Emerald Turtle might be a good choice. Or you could put an Unborn in first for Unholy Ascension, just for good measure; but I didn't really need her. Chrominius would be a good choice for last place as well, for some serious BURST, in case something goes wrong with the Carp.

turn 1, apoc, then switch to broom and cast sandstorm. The broom has the magic passive so any enrages are basically free turns waiting on apoc, and sandstorm cuts his cleave damage in half or so, so if he spams it it's not as devastating. Once the broom dies I use the shadeling, though I imagine there are alternatives.

Phase shift on CD, then just waited turns as Stitches pummeled this guy until Apoc came down, killing both stitches and this guy, activating both undead passives. Wait for both passives to run out, win.

I used resilient roach.. (any level 25 roach will probably do), Eternal Strider and Dancing water skimmer. First pound him with the apocalypse from the roach. Then you can use scratch... most of the time it hit (strong) more than 500 dmg right after using apocalypse, but sometimes it missed. Then switch to either the strider or the skimmer, spamming cleansing rain (on cooldown) as it heals the whole party and pump. The abilities are on both the aquatic pets. Aquatic pets also take less damage due to the cleansing rain. When the apocalypse gets to round 2 switch to your roach and grab survivability so u don't die when he hits you after the apocalypse hits he will have 61 points left I got a strong hit from the scratch and then one more hit from a strider and dead. I hope this helps.

I just soloed him with one pet, but it turned out not to be 100% reliable, since he seems to randomly vary between Cleave and his single attack. The one I did find reliable and didn't need too much preparation, was using Nether Faerie Dragon and Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, neither of which are hard to get. For the third pet, any with an attack that does more than 500 HP will do.

NOTE: since his attacks seem to be random, there isn't one 100% foolproof way of getting this guys. Sometimes you'll be lucky and he'll debuff himself on the second turn, making the fight a lot shorter.

In any case, I think this is a pretty straightforward strategy:

Before the fight starts, try to get your nether faerie dragon with as low HP as possible. Since you will most likely be faster than Stitches, you'll open with Life Exchange, taking a bigger chunk of his health.

Then Moonfire (will stay for 9 rounds doing more magic damage).

Swap to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, and put decoy in place.

Swap back to Nether Faerie Dragon, hit him with Life Exchange again, then Moonfire. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: the Life Exchange will get Stitches below 50%, which will trigger the dragonkin ability. If you add the 10% for Moonlight, you get quite a bit of damage.

Swap to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, try to pop the Decoy if available. Otherwise, when he dies, swap to Nether Faerie Dragon and repeat: LE, then MF. This should get him below 500 HP.

Sure fire way to beat the boss, no certain pets at 25 needed.

Any pet with apocalypse. It can be a low level 5, it just has to have that one ability. You can even go get you a level 20+ roach from most zones in Wrath, Cata, and MoP!

Be warned, this ability kills EVERYTHING but roaches. So watch that timer.

No, you cannot solo with this attack. It takes 15 rounds to hit, plus 1 due to the fact that hes undead.

The pet you use to place the effect does not need to live to finish the cast. Go ahead and let it die if you want but be warned only a roach can live!

So heres how I beat it:

Take any 20+ critter with apocalypse (I don't think you can get it without the pet being 20+ to unlock it.), start by casting this spell.
Grab 2 random pets (I used a skunk with a AoE and self heal as well as a grasshopper with the heal and cocoon.) that can take a beating/heal. A AoE healer is good like Skunks, sheep, and deer to help deal with the bosses cleaving attack. Does not have to be critters, doesn't even have to be 25, they just gotta take the hits!
Wait 15 rounds, use roach to absorb the hit, survive the undead round, done.

Because he negates ALL attacks under 500, most attacks wont hit unless they crit, especially with critters. For those who don't have the certain pets needed by most other comments you might like this method. Its almost a cheat to beat this guy, but it works perfectly. All you do is wait him out!

I personally only had 1 of my pets die after doing it this way (the 25 skunk, by the time he did go down my others were only down maybe 50 health so it wasn't a big deal and I only had 2 rounds to live through before the meteor hit) so it'll be hard to fail like this! Unless you are SO unlucky that the attack magically misses and he crits you with EVERY attack.

Just beat this guy with the following team:

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
Darkmoon Zeppelin
Deepholm Cockroach

start with the roach, use apocalypse then switch to the dragonling and put up your decoy, feel free to now waste 3 turns while Stitches buffs himself and gets blocked twice. let him pound away at the dragonling till it finally dies, if it lasts long enough, use decoy again (this wont happen unless you get lucky with RNG). then bring out the zeppelin and repeat the strategy until there is only 2 turns left till apocalypse triggers, then bring your roach back and use survival and smile as Stitches dies horribly.

no need to get rare pets or anything other then patience for this fight.

I soloed this guy with Nether Faerie Dragon! He does alot of AOE damage, so my whole team nearly died, but they didn't and I didn't swap. Used Life Exchange twice!

This is NOT a solid strategy, but if you get lucky to use Life exchange twice it beats him.

Did you all forgot about APOCALYPSE - it's the best option to beat this little pudge. Just take as 1st pet beetle or any else that has APOCALYPSE, use it at 1st round, then just wait for your victory, Best option for other pets are Aquatic (Stitches hits them weaker) or Snakes to hide while Stitches performs his empowered attack.

OK, for all who doesn't get it: you have to give over 500dmg before he takes dmg. Otherwise he ignores it.

Чудесный дракончик Пустоты use Обмен жизнью and swap your pet with Зеркальный долгоног. Use Брандспойт all the time. Swap back to Обмен жизнью again before this pet dies. And then use Брандспойт again with Mirror Strider :D

Abilities that hit for percentage of health ignore his damage reduction. A combination of pets with Trample and Glowing Toxin will whittle him down pretty fast. You may also add something with Sunlight - inflated health pool(mind it, it does not heal, it just increases maximum possible hp) mean more damage from those abilities. That's just another way to kill him.

Well this one was quite a pain.
I did it with Anubisath Idol, Gazh'rooki and Chrominius, first try maybe i got lucky.
I used Demolish like 6 times and only actually hit once.
Then went to Gaz, used Geyser, switched to chrominius. Howl, First Spell than lightning. I didnt die after recovery so i used Howl again, then first spell again. Then, devour with Gazrooki until the bastard was dead.

Due to weakening Stitches in patch 6.1.0 i decided to change strategy. This is 2-pet strategy and gives you 200-400 xp for your XP pet (depends on pet's level). You not need any lucky critical hit or Stitches' miss. This strategy has 100% success.

Stitches' script: Stitches casts Infested Claw (single target damage) or Cleave (AoE damage) every round - chances for using them are 50:50. Only in 1st, 5th and 9th round, Stitches casts Enrage. Key is Enrage's backside effect (+50% damage taken), so we need to do main damage in 5th and 6th round, when Enrage is active.

XP pet - can be hitted for 0 to 800 damage (depends on number of AoE attacks)
Pandaren Water Spirit - Water Jet, Whirlpool, Geyser
Chrominius - Bite, Howl, Surge of Power

HINT: If u not need XP for your pet, feel free to use any lvl 1 pet in first slot. It will not break the strategy.

START FIGHT WITH XP PET
1. Round: XP - pass
2. Round: swap XP -> PWS
3. Round: PWS - Geyser
4. Round: PWS - Whirlpool
5. Round: swap PWS -> CH
6. Round: CH - Howl

Too lazy to train new pets

I beat him with a Deepholm Cockroach, lvl22 Apoc then swapped for a Leopard Tree Frog, lvl 21, Cleansing Rain, then swapped for Golden Civet, lvl 23 with Dive and Survival.

It required a bit of rngs and the apocalypse missed twice but I beat him.

Easily done with a traditional Boss Combo of Nether Faery Dragon (I used Sprite Darter Hatchling, which has the same moves, because I'm an old fart), Pandaren Water Spirit and Chrominius.

Moonfire and Life Exchange, then swap to PWS and drop Geyser and Whirlpool, then swap to Chrominius and Howl. After the Howl the Geyser and Whirlpool will go off, with the Howl increasing damage. You can then use Chrominius' Surge of Power, still powered by the Howl plus the Moonfire's Moonlight weather condition to finish him off. Worked very easily.

Due to the now Iron Thread buff on Stitches, Jr, any pet damage less than 500 will no longer affect him. No dots. No multiple strikes. Whirlpool with Magical Crawdad won't even work at 492 damage (unless it crits).

Defeated Stitches with a team of rare level 25 Aquatics (possibly can carry a level 23 H/B with +1500 HP).

1. Eternal Strider S/B (for Cleansing Rain with Pump).
2. Magical Crawdad H/H (for Wish).
3. Dancing Water Skimmer H/B (for Cleansing Rain with Pump).

Strat:

This is a pure Patchwork type fight. Above 500 damage per hit, burning down his 6,000 HP.

Aquatics take 33% less damage from Undead, thus his hits on the back row with his AoE defaulted for 97 damage, critting for around 270 damage.

Other strats currently with Chrominus, he took such a beating he could only cast 3 moves and be down to below 300 HP. No longer reliable to survive to do much damage.

The striders hit for over 800 without Cleansing Rain (even with a S/B pet). With this pet crew you'll reliably kill Stitches, Jr without even worrying about RNG.

Make sure to switch out your pet with lower than 700 HP, so Magical Crawdad can cast Wish, switch, and the strider can live through 2 rounds being pummeled, as he can crit hit for 306 in one blow on an Aquatic (why to preferably get a Pump in, switch, heal and return. Don't push it). I left the H/B skimmer as last as he could survive the AoE in the back row, if Stitches, Jr decided to hit the Eternal Strider back-to-back and kill it.

Because Stitches will target Magical Crawdad he may die. But by then Stitches will have less than 1000 HP, and either strider can finish him off.

Tried this again, based on suggestions from this thread. This team has beaten him reliably.

The team:
Nether Faerie Dragon (arcane blast, life exchange, moonfire)
Clockwork Gnome (metal fist, repair, launch rocket)
Chrominius (arcane explosion, howl, surge of power)

Start with NFD, do moonfire, then do life exchange. Swap to CWG, do repair, then spam launch rocket until dead. If needed, swap in NFD and do another moonfire and life exchange. If boss is still up, pull out Chrom and do a howl followed up by a surge of power. Congrats on win!

I didn't have access to most the pets that other people have posted, mainly because I am lazy and hate leveling them. I did, however, manage to kill him with the following pets:

Spirebound Crab
Nether Faerie Dragon
Eternal Strider

1) Crab w/ Whirlpool
2) Swap to Strider, pump, rain, pump, pump, pump, rain. By now should be dead or close to it.
3) Crab w/ whirlpool
4) swap to dragon since it should be low hp now. Cast life exchange then moonfire.
5) swap back to crab. If needs heals, cast healing wave. Otherwise cast whirlpool first then healing wave.
6) crab using surge until whirlpool is up. once wp is up use it again.
7) crab should be alive, swap to dragon and life exchange. whirl pool should kill him.
8) swap back to crab, cast the heal.

It was a lot of steps but it worked for me. Hopefully it helps someone else out.

But after tried out some comps, this is a very easy battle
You can just use ANY aquatic battle pet with pump, and cleansing rain
Just cast cleansing rain, then spam pump and he is done
My comps were :
Mud jumper
Dancing water skimmer
Chrominius

I just beat him twice with Spawn of G'nathus, Pandaren Water Spirit, and Chrominius.

Starting with Spawn of G'nathus, I used Thunderbolt, then Dive, then switched to Pandaren Water Spirit; Geyser, Whirlpool, then switched to Chrominius; Howl, Surge of Power, the back to the Spawn of G'nathus. Swallow you Whole at this point is extremely effective because he is below 25%. However, Dive is there in case you need it.

The first time, I beat him handily with 2/3 life left on Spawn. The second time, my Surge of Power killed him before I even needed to switch back to the Spawn.

For this fight I used Sprite Darter Hatchling, Eternal Strider, and Dancing Water Skimmer
*You can use the Nether Faerie Dragon if you don't have the Sprite Darter Hatchling.

Start with life exchange, and then Arcane Blast him until LE is up again. You should be able to get two Life Exchanges and one Arcane Blast that has enough damage to hit him before your pet dies.

With the Eternal Strider and Dancing Water Skimmer, use Pump and Healing Wave until Jr. is dead.

Don't forget his undead passive, so make sure you have at least one pet healed up for his final attack(s).

Xu-Fu - Prowl, Moonfire, Spirit Claws x 3 (Prowl causes moonfire to hit and I got off three spirit claws before he died)
Nether Fairie Dragon - Life Exchange
Eternal Strider - Pump

That killed him with health to spare.

After following many scenarios mentioned here, I found this one worked the best for me...

All battle pets in this fight are Rare level 25s.

Nether Faerie Dragon
Dancing Water Skimmer
Mirror Strider

Life Exchange / Moonfire - switch
Cleansing Rain / Pump until dead - switch
Pump until dead

Be sure to KEEP Cleansing Rain up if/when you notice it may fall off before fight is complete.

This fight varies a little...sometimes all my pets died but so did Stitches Jr. and sometimes I had life to spare on my last pet. However, I always won so I was happy. Good Luck.

Potentially soloable with Mini Mindslayer, if you get lucky with which attacks he uses. Life Exchange on cooldown, Inner Vision right before you Mana Surge, and then it's just a matter of him using Enrage at the right time. Even if you don't finish him off, you'll likely do enough damage that any second pet with a high-damage attack should be able to handle the rest.

Not having any of the suggested pets at a decent level, I used a Mud Jumper (lvl 24), a Wanderer's Festival Hatchling (lvl 25), and an Eternal Strider (lvl 25) as backup if I needed Очищающий дождь and more Брандспойт action at the end of the battle.

My problem with Очищающий дождь is it doesn't damage him, so casting it can require some swapping before you ever put a dent in him. If you open with it and swap, he will attack the pet that cast it, wearing it down while it's on the sideline.

So try a Mud Jumper if you have one. Stitches' hits are compromised, though perhaps not as much, but the idea is to keep your Eternal Strider as full of health as you can.

My win was simply casting Mudslide and Брандспойт from the Mud Jumper until it died (making sure the last thing it did was refresh Mudslide), then letting the Wanderer's Festival Hatchling cast Perk Up and Брандспойт while the bloke spent a lot of his time going after the Eternal Strider, which was not needed other than as a decoy.

I didn't have some of the pets others are suggesting so here's what I used:

1. Nether Faerie Dragon
2. Pandaren Water Spirit
3. Chrominius

Starting with the Nether Faerie Dragon
1. Life Exchange
2. Moonfire (If still alive)
3. Switch to Pandaren Water Spirit
4. Geyser
5. Whirlpool
6. Switch to Chrominius

8. Bite (If Chrominius still has health, otherwise Surge of Power)
9. Surge of Power
10. At this point it's hard to tell since it's so random. Stitches might be dead, or you might be. If not try to get in another Howl/Flurry/Flurry combo.

I've had it work about half of the time. It's not great, but not bad with how hard some of these dailies are.

For those without Pandaren Water Spirit or Chrominius. I've also had some (but less) luck with:

very reliable (no pet leveling)

This is a life exchange variation of the howl bomb. We use a nether faerie dragon or sprite darter hatchling to almost solo stitches down (i've solo'd him a few times), then clean up the mess with our tried and true howl bomb. Just to set your mind at ease, for the nether faerie dragon or sprite darter it's really the life exchange that does the damage in this strategy.

i'm not making this a leveling pet strategy since there is no bonus but you can probably solo stitches 1 out of 5 times with the nether faerie or sprite darter if you really want that plushie to win!

Note: Sprite Darter Hatchling (2, 2, 1) may be used instead of Nether Faerie Dragon.

Pets used:

Nether Faerie Dragon (2-Arcane Blast, 2-Life Exchange, 1-Moonfire)
Pandaren Water Spirit (1-Water jet, 2-Whirlpool, 2-Geyser)
Chrominius (2-Arcane Explosion, 1-Howl, 2-Surge of Power)

Stitches Jr:

Turn 1: Moonfire (most likely no damage)
Turn 2a, 2b, 2c, etc. Arcane Blast until almost dead (you may do no damage but it's ok)
Turn 3: Life Exchange (when you get below 500 health)

Turn 4: Moonfire
Turn 5a, 5b, 5c, etc: Arcane blast until Life Exchange is off cooldown
Turn 6: Life Exchange

Rinse and repeat turns 4-6 until either you or stitches dies.

Turn 7: Select Pandaren Water Spirit
Turn 8: Geyser
Turn 9: Whirlpool

Turn 10: Swap to Chrominius
Turn 11: Howl
Turn 12: Surge of Power (Stitches, Jr is dead and rezzing for his undead turn)
Turn 13: any move to end and win. (stitches will end his 1 undead turn and die)

Turn 14: /dance

stitches can die anywhere from turn 6 to turn 12.. it's all about how lucky you are at receiving crits on him.

The Red Cricket worked best for me. I used Skitter to damage Stitches, healed up regularily using Natures Touch and since my Red Cricket is faster than Stitches, I was able to block his Enrage with Cocoon Strike . I had Pandaren Waterspirit and Chrominius as BackUp, but didn't need them.

Use stinker (the much underestimated achievement pet you get when you collect 50 pets).
At lvl 25 his scratch will do +500-800 damage each time and he has perk up to heal himself and then bleat to heal your back pets or you can use stench to make stiches jr. miss ...both works fine...he will sometimes even solo this guy but at least he will take him down to where you just need a simple howl bomb or similar to kill him.

Was quite easy, used Sprite darter hatchling(2,2,1), Aqua strider(1,2,2) and Chrominius(1,1,2)
First I started with Life exchange.
Switched to Aqua Strider, use Cleansing rain and spam Pump till Aqua dies.
Send in sprite darter hatchling again and use another life exchange.
Swap to Chrominius, cast howl, use Surge of power if it finishes him, else use bite first, then Surge his ass :)

This method took him down fast.. using these pets:

Start up with your Unborn Val'kyr and use Curse of Doom then Unholy Ascension.
Swap to your Sprite Darter Hatchling and use Life Exchange.
Swap to your Chrominius and use Howl then Bite then Surge of Power to finish him off.

Hello this is my setup. I for LVL 1 Menagerie Works also for LVL 3 but more messy :)

Lvl 25 rare Pets: Sort it by order
1. Pandaren Water Spirit
2. Chrominius
3. Alpine Fox or you can use Alpine foxling kit or Stitched Pup

Use abilities and pets in order:

Open fight with Pandaren Water Spirit
1: Geyser
2: Whirlpool

Choose Chrominius
1: Howl
2. Bite
3: Surge of Power

Your Pet Chrominius will die. If he do not die, switch to Pandaren Water Spirit and repeat

Choose Pandaren Water Spirit
1: Geyser
2: Whirlpool

Swith to Alpine Fox
1: Howl
2: Enjoy a win

He use his abilities so random... so its hard to make perfect plan but this may work

I was able to solo this with P/P Yellow-Bellied Bullfrog (I named mine Jeorgie, but that is entirely optional) on my first try. The Frog Kiss, once it ramps to max damage, was dealing 770 dmg per attack. Of course, you'll have to be patient while he blocks the first couple, but once it starts to punch through you are basically home free. If you get unlucky kiss procs, you may want someone like Chrominius on your back line to clean up.

1. Cleansing Rain
2. Frog Kiss
3. Repeat Frog Kiss, you probably won't need to renew Cleansing Rain.

Should be that simple! Hope it helps.

Frostwolf Ghostpup (1,either,1) worked perfectly, though I tried Refuge and it worked fine. I used a priority system for attacking:

1. Use Refuge on cooldown
2. Frolick when Refuge is down (from Ghostpup) and Stitches Jr. isn't Enraged
3. Scratch if Refuge and Frolick are down, or when Stitches Jr. is Enraged

My pets got low (my backup two were Aquatic so they took less damage) but never died. I also never swapped to them once, but that could be RNG with Frolick.

I did this with a Twilight Beetle, Wanderer's Festival Hatchling, and an Emerald Proto-Whelp, start the fight with a Twilight Beetle and use Apocalypse, switch to your Emerald Proto-Whelp and have it use Emerald Presence and Emerald Dream, continue with those 2 abilities until your Emerald Proto-Whelp finally dies (should be 2-4 turns left on the Apocalypse) and switch to your Wanderer's Festival Hatchling keeping it alive with Cleansing Rain and Perk Up until the Apocalypse finally lands and wins you the fight.

It looks like most people are using some kind of team with Howl in it. If you want to try something else, without Howl, I present to you my strategy:

The setup I use for this fight is this Life Exchange team:
Mini Mindslayer (Power/Speed) - Mana Surge/Amplify Magic/Life Exchange
Nether Faerie Dragon (Power/Health) - Arcane Blast/Life Exchange/Moonfire
Sprite Darter Hatchling (Speed) - Arcane Blast/Life Exchange/Moonfire

^ I don't think the breed matters, but I listed them incase.

Start by casting Amplify Magic followed by a Mana Surge.
You then just pass two or three times and then use Life Exchange.
At this point your other two pets should be low on health because of Stitches's AoE ability.
Switch in Nether Faerie Dragon and cast Life Exchange right away, and then do the same thing with your Sprite Darter Hatchling.
Switch back to your Mini Mindslayer and finish off Stitches with the Amplify Magic+Mana Surge combo. Your Mini Mindslayer will probably die, but your other pets should survive the undead passive and finish off(use Moonfire) Stitches if you couldn't do it with your Mini Mindslayer.

Using a Moonshell Crab you can basically do this with one pet.

Pets:
Moonshell Crab
Arcane Slash, Amplify Magic, Renewing Mists

Aquatic pets preferably with one having Renewing Mists.

Strat:
If you start with your Moonshell Crab you will sometimes be thwarted by crits from Jr. So stick another Aquatic in your first slot (doesn't have to be max level but you will want somewhere around 1200 health on it). What you are counting on here is that Jr. likes to continue attacking the pet that started the match even when they move to the back row. To do this he will spam Cleave for much of the match which keeps damage on the Moonshell to a minimum since cleave damage is spread evenly across all pets. You can try other pets for the back row, just keep in mind he is going to be cleaving them a lot and if they die your Moonshell will start taking additional damage.

Start with an Aquatic pet preferably something with Renewing Mists and use:

Renewing Mists or whatever else
Switch to Moonshell Crab
Renewing Mists if it wasn't cast by 1st pet
Amplify Magic
Arcane Slash
Arcane Slash
Repeat 3. through 6. until he goes down.
Switch to your last pet and let them take Jr's last attack if you want to give them some XP

Jr doesn't offer much XP so with this strat and Jr's Cleave, if the 2nd and 3rd pets are too week they won't live to get any XP anyways.

When Stitches takes its turn, sometimes it would cast Enraged, sometimes Cleave.

SS Nether Faerie Dragon
Life Exchange

Interesting that, Stitches seems to focus on coming over and attacking the Lost of Lordaeron again and again.

Chrominius
Howl
Bite
Bite
Surge of Power

Every time I've done this strategy, Stitches keeps attacking the Lost of Lordaeron and dies in the process.
After the battle is over, sometimes Chrominius dies and others none of my pets die.

I even tested this with a more common pet than Chrominius. I put in a PB Alpine Foxling. Basically the same strat except the Foxling has no Surge of power so you have to switch in the LoL again, Curse of Doom again, Nether Faerie Dragon again, Anddd you'll have to try it yourself if you only have these common pets. Sometimes it ends in a tie with everyone dead including Stitches. Other times you win with one or two pets surviving.

Team with the best chances of success

25 Rare Mini Mindslayer (Mana Surge, Inner Vision, Life Exchange)
25 Rare Iron Starlette (Wind-Up, Powerball, Supercharge)
25 Rare Frostwolf Ghostpup (Scratch, Refuge, Frolick)

Keep Frostwolf Ghostpup in reserve. In a pinch, he can finish off Stitches with Scratch, and use Refuge to survive damned round.

There is not one set sequence that will win 100% of the time due to chance. However, this team has the best chance to for success, if you follow some simple rules and modify your actions according to what happens in the battle. I have tested this team several times and have yet to loose.

Always open with Mindslayer & Life Exchange, then swap to Starlette. Use Wind-Up (except when Stitches enrages) in pairs. Mindslayer goes back in on round 6 or 7 (depends on Starlette's health). Mindslayer uses Life Exchange (again) followed by Inner Vision (except when Stitches is enraged), then Mana Surge. If Mindslayer dies, then bring in the pup followed by scratch, then refuge for the win.

*If you have the Starlette up and Stitches Enrages, use Powerball, else Wind-Up
+If you have the Mindslayer up and Stitches Enrages, use Mana Surge, else Life Exchange (1st) or Inner Vision (2nd)
^Pull out Starlette early when health drops below 500 and next attack cannot cause damage, but do not leave in battle after round 7.

BTW: Carry pets in this battle are a waste of time, since my level 24 Small Frog (in lieu of pup) only got a little over 200 xp from Stitches.

I've tried this fight a few times and never had an easier time than with Moon Moon.

That's right. I brought Moon Moon, Eternal Strider, and Leatherhide Runt. (All 25 Rare)

A lot of people recommend Eternal Strider for cleansing rain and pump, but it just wasn't getting Stitches down fast enough for me. Faithful companion Moon Moon was hitting for 1300 and higher with the combo Howl, Moon Tears, Moon Fang. MM wasted Stitches Jr. for about 5000 health, and Eternal Strider swept up the rest. I threw in the Runt because of his high health, didn't even use him.

I defeate him with one pet !

i only used Ржавый робот-медвежонок, but i was lucky a bit.
and to make sure just add Синий карпик & Белый карпик cuz they can resist the damage.

With Ржавый робот-медвежонок, use Суперзаряд then Разрушение the damage between 1300 - 3130 (but the Hit chance is 50%)

Then Разрушение, Разрушение, Разрушение,Разрушение (if you miss >2 times, repeat the battle)

if died, use Синий карпик and only use the cast Брандспойт two times

if you reach this pet Белый карпик, just use Нырок

and you won.

If you don´t have the needed pets mentioned so far, here´s another combo that works quite well and can be collected quite easy.

1. Critter with Armageddon and decent amount life (around 1600 should be enough)
2. Any pet with a 2 round block skill (Dark Moon Zep, Mr. Bigglesworth,...)
3. Any pet with a 2 round block skill (Dark Moon Zep, Mr. Bigglesworth,...)

a.) Start with Armageddon
b.) Switch to next pet and set block
c.) Switch to next one and pass until the block is gone
d.) Set next block.
e.) Repeat

There will be some damage coming to your pets, but only the armageddon should kill one of your pets, but Stitches Jr. as well.

I use tree strider pets Dancing Water Skimmer H/S, Eternal Strider S/B and Mirror Strider B/B, all with x/2/2 - I only use Cleansing Rain and Pump.
He does low attacks to water pets and pump with cleansing rain up does between 800-1200 dmg depending if enrage is up or not.
Since he is a singel legendary pet he doesn't give much xp so tree lv 25 pets for a fast fight to get the marks seems a good way.

I don't have any Life Exchange pet, so I tried it with the following and made it at fir try:

Darkmoon Zeppelin
Pandaren Water Spirit
Chrominius

Start with Zeppelin, cast Decoy.
Switch to PWS, cast Geyser and Whirlpool.
Switch Chrominius,cast Howl and Surge of Power, it survived recovering as Stitches was only cleaving.
Switch to Zeppelin and repeat the same proces. Stitches had 70 points left before casting the second Surge of Power (without any ability making critic).

I tried a brilliant bloodfeather, opened with it's crit buff, drain blood, peck, refreshing it's crit buff when needed,and using it's drain blood on cooldown. Soloed him.

This usually leaves Stiches with about 494 health. The rest of the battle depends on who he chooses to attack. Sometimes you can Cast Wind-up twice and kill him (he of course will res for one round), other times you will have to rely on your Nether Fairies hold off to finish him, but I find that rarely happens. I can usually finish him with the Starlette because he either casts Enrage before the second Windup (which kills him) or after - in which case Powerball will finish him as it hits for over 500.

Figured I'd post how I took this guy down, too. I didn't have most of what everyone mentioned, nor leveled to 25 yet, either.

My team:

Iron Starlette P/P lvl 25 Wind-Up, Powerball, Supercharge
Dancing Water Skimmer S/B lvl 23 Water Jet (didn't use), Cleansing Rain, Pump
Mud Jumper H/B lvl 23 (didn't use this pet at all)
(any aquatic with cleansing rain and pump should be fine as well)

Started off with P/P Iron Starlette.

Start off with Powerball so you always go first. Then just spam Wind-up and throw in a Supercharge when it's up. Just keep doing this until your Iron Starlette dies. By that time Stitches Jr. won't have much health left.

Bring in your Dancing Water Skimmer or any fast aquatic with pump and cleansing rain.

Started off with Cleansing Rain and I spammed pump until he died.

Of course, after he "dies" he comes back, I just hit cleansing rain, and he died the next round.

I hope this helps for others who don't have some of the more difficult to get pets nor the ones all the way leveled. :)

I tried this and it worked:

Fire Beetle - Apocalypse
Emperor Crab - Snap, Healing Wave, Whirlpool
Chrominius - Bite, Howl, Surge of Power (Any pet with a mega ability that goes first will do)

1. Apocalypse
2. Swap in Crab
3. Whirlpool, Healing Wave on CD. The point is to stay alive and have a Whirlpool active on after Apocalypse.
4. Apocalypse puts Stitches at 61.
5. Swap in Chrominius. Surge of Power and then the Whirlpool takes him out.

If Stitches starts out doing damage to the active pet, this works,
if he starts out damaging the team, this didn't, but I got 2 out of 3 with this.

Super easy strategy for this guy, you'll need:
Iron Starlette
Any pet with the "Howl" ability

Start with Iron Starlette and cast "Wind-Up"
Switch to your pet with "Howl" and cast it
Switch back to I.S. and cast "Wind-Up", "Wind-Up", "Supercharger", "Wind-Up"

At this point he should be dead and will have resurrected. Cast anything else that you want from here as he'll be dead at the end of the round.

How I did it:

Round 1: Unborn Val'kyr (gray, level 20, B/B) cast Curse of Doom.
Round 2: Swapped to Chrominius (blue, level 25, H/H,) who took 483 damage from Infected Claw.
Round 3: Chrom Howled, took 231 damage from Infected Claw.
Round 4: Chrom used Bite for 888 damage, took 380 damage from Infected Claw. (So gross, Stitches needs some antibiotics or something.)
Round 5: Surge of Power for 1480 damage, and Val's Curse hit for 1000. Stitches dies and gets res'd with 33 hp.
Round 6: 525 damage from Infected Claw, then Stitches drops.

Val gets 290 XP, and I get a Mark of Pet Mastery.

I did this with a single level 25 Eternal Strider (Uncommon). I just did pump over and over while using Healing Wave when ever it was available. You want to make sure to have pump available to do damage when he enrages though as it will hit him for over 1k

I have been having an extremely easy time using the following:

Lvl 25 rare Pets: Sorted by order:
Minfernal
Clockwork Gnome
Chrominius

Here is my strategy:

Start with Minfernal. Hit him with Meteor Strike.
Swap to Clockwork Gnome and hit him with Launch Rocket until he is dead or the Gnome is.
Rarely do I need to swap to Chrominius. But if I do, I use Howl then Surge of Power to finish him off.

Log into an alt, rinse and repeat.

I did this with 2 pets level 23 green and a second level 23 pet blue. I used Emperor Crab (green) and a Mud Jumper (blue)

I started with the green Emperor crab and put up Renewing mist as needed hitting him with Whirlpool when it was available. I used surge just to get the battle moving though it did no damage to the guy (only 500 points or more damage this guy)

When that pet was about dead I moved to Mud jumper and hit him with both mudslide and pump. I think I likely could of started with this pet and finished the battle faster. I didnt because it did not have a healing spell which I did not seem to need.

Just did this with two pets

Lil' XT with Zap, Heartbroken, and XE-321 Boombot, as well as Chrominius with Bite (Unused), Howl, and Surge of Power

Start with Lil' XT

1) Boombot
2) Heartbroken. If he chooses to use Infected Claw, as he did with me, Lil' XT will be hit hard here due to the combined effect of Heartbroken and Enrage, but mine survived with about half health
3) Zap.
4) Zap. At this point, Lil XT died for the first time and revived thanks to him being a mechanical. Boombot should detonate and deal massive (1.2k+) damage, thanks to the lingering effects of Heartbroken
5) Boombot. More for insurance in case RNG went against me. Lil XT died again. At this point, Stitches only had ~800 hp

Switch to Chrominius

6) Howl
7) Surge of Power

Also Had a Darkmoon Tonk in the wings, but was unnecessary.

Was able to beat this guy using only Железная звездочка with a P/B version of 1/2/1 (the second skill doesn't matter.) by doing the following:

1. Ликвидация
Enemy pet will use Исступление
2. Ликвидация to take him a bit over half health
Enemy pet will attack.
3. Ликвидация again to prepare your upcoming attack.
Enemy pet will attack.
4. Pass.
Enemy pet will attack again.
5. Суперзаряд
Enemy pet will use Исступление again and allow you deal an additional 50% damage to him.
6. Ликвидация to kill the enemy pet. Once the enemy revives itself, just pass the turn and wait for it to die. Your starlette's status by the end of this will vary based on luck, but mine tended to be alive most of the time. If not, you have 2 random pets behind you if you need them to absorb any damage.

I found another easy way to do this - kind of a combination of some of the other ways.

Landro's Lichling
Mini Mindslayer
Last one isn't that important.

First, use the Curse of Doom from the Lichling, let him stay out for one additional round, then swap him back for the Mini Mindslayer.
The pop Life Exchange, then Amplify Magic and the Mana Surge. After your second attack with Mana Surge hits, the Curse of Doom will trigger and that's when he died for me - until his effect triggered of course.

So easy and so fast. Not a single one of my minions were close to dying.
Hope you'll have as much success with it as I did :)

The only pet i used for this battle was the Corehound lvl 25 skill setup: Scratch, Howl and Burn. Burn isnt that important, it's Scratch and Howl's combo who did the trick. he didnt even get me under 50% health..

I found an easy way to solo this guy was to use Зандаларский пальцегрыз

round 2, use Нападение с фланга, if you this hits 3x stitches should be at around 1k health
round 3, unless you at below 50% health you may as well pass this round, otherwise use Flank again
round 4, if below 50% health use Flank which should kill Stitches, otherwise re-apply Black Claw
round 5, if Stitches died last turn just pass, otherwise use Flank
round 6 - you win

All these crazy pet combos.....

1 pet is required for this fight if you have him:

Mini Mindslayer

Open with Life Exchange - yes you wont benefit from getting any hp, but you will when the cool down is up.

Next lead with Amplify Magic- this will hopefully give you 2 rounds of damage

With amp damage up use Mana Surge

Rinse and repeat this combo, your life exchange at this point should give you back about 700 hp, the 5 times I did this he was at about 1200 to my 400hp.

Using arcane winds to increase mana surge wont work because its additional dmg is separate and doesn't break the limit.

In 6.1, it is extremely easy to defeat him. Just 1 pet can finish him.

I use Fjord Worg Pup. The wolf is faster than him.

Turn 1. Use Howl, then he will use Enrage, he will receive 150% damage.
Turn 2. Use Flurry, with all the debuff above on him, it can drain over 50% of his HP even not crit.
Turn 3. Use Flurry again while your Howl debuff is still on him.
Turn 4. use Dazzling Dance as a filler.
Turn 5. Howl again, and he will use Enrage again.
Turn 6. repeat the 2nd turn to finish him.
Turn 7. He will revive and may kill the wolf. But that's OK, I am sure your next two pets will survive. :)

I had a bit of trouble with this fight at first. Tried cycling through some pets which did high damage against undead and followed some other guides above. My winning tactic was with a Заводной гном and casting the Launch Rocket ability through the entire battle. With the dying rez even, it was enough to finish him off.

Used an Unborn Valkyr, Sprite Darter Hatchling, and Chrominius.

Used Curse of Doom, then Unholy Ascension from the Unborn Valkyr,
Switched in Sprite Darter hatchling and used Life Exchange
Switched in Chrominius, and used Howl, then Surge of Power. Curse of doom went off after using howl desmiating stitches then Surge of power killed him,

I havent tried it, but with the massive damage from a howled Curse of Doom, and Surge of Power, I think this mob could easily be two manned with unborn Valkyr, and Chrominious, with a 3rd carry pet.

Did this get a lot easier? Because I just fielded a frostfur rat, cast call darkness, and then sneak attack sneak attack sneak attack dead. Worked on 4 out of 4 alts I did it on, rat only died once and already after stitches rezzes so he was dead on the next round.

Combo I just did that worked:

Scarab Hatchling first, using Apocalypse as a backup.
Then switched to Mini Mindslayer, using Life Exchange and Amplify Magic.

As of 6.1 he still blocks any attacks that do under 500 damage. I use Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола with abilities Брандспойт and Волна исцеления when it is off cooldown.

Долгоног Вечноцветущего дола has turned into my MVP for most of the pet battles so far.

Took some tips from the previous comments,thanks for the help :)

This is how i did it. I actually only needed 2 pets also, but had a third just for a failsafe.

My combination was : Unborn Val'kyr, Mirror Strider, Lil' Tarecgosa

Start with Unborn Val'kyr and apply Curse of Doom, just keep going until you can apply a second Curse of Doom, when your Val'kyr dies use Unholy Ascension.

Choose Mirror Strider next, cast two Pumps and there you have it :)

You could easily defeat it by Howl combo. You need 3 pets for it. 1) any pet with Life Exchange ability; 2) Pandaren Water Spirit and 3) any pet with Howl.

Start with your Life Exchange pet.
Round 1: Hit with any spells or Pass
Round 2: Hit with any spells or Pass
Now Stitches Jr. caused you enough damage but unable to kill because of the passive ability of Magic pet
Round 3: Cast Life Exchange
This will bring Stitches Jr. into half of its total hp
Round 4: Switch to Pandaren Water Spirit
Round 5: Cast Geyser
Round 6: Cast Whirlpool
Round 7: Switch to Howl pet
Round 8: Cast Howl
Now double hits of Geyser and Whirlpool might kill it depending on crit. Doesn't matter if not because it will be stunned already. Hit with any spells to finish it off.

I just SOLOED him with a rare Frostfur Rat (H/H) (1, 1, 2).

1- Call Darkness.
2- Crouch.
3- Sneak Attack

Then I just kept using Sneak Attack until Call Darkness and Crouch got off cooldown and again filled with Sneak Attack.

Not all combinations recommended here worked for me. Mainly as I don't have the pets listed (will be taming an Unborn Val'kyr today seeing its popularity), but I have others not mentioned.

I took in a team of Dragonkin:

Soul of the Aspects
Celestial Dragon
Nexus Whelping

I placed Soul of the Aspects in my primary slot. Against Stitches Jr. I spammed Solar Beam. It does have a two-round cool down but it hits hard enough that once Stitches killed my SotA, he was low enough that I could send in my Celestial Dragon to finish him off with Moonfire. Stitches was killed by Moonfire then resurrected for one round. I cast a filler spell here and then did my little happy dance.

This is much easier than people are making it out to be. I kill it with a single (easy to obtain) pet, every time. Поющий подсолнух. Set him up with Солнечный луч, Фотосинтез, and Солнечный свет.

Just pop Фотосинтез first to start the healing, then Солнечный свет to change the weather to Sunlight, and Солнечный луч will do all the damage. Who cares about the two rounds of stun, because you are healing for double every round that you sit there. Once out of the stun, Фотосинтез again, and Солнечный луч again. If Солнечный свет runs out, recast and rinse/repeat. I have cheesed a LOT of bosses with this little guy and his amazing heals. The only weakness he really has is if the enemy uses their own weather effect, in which case I just use a different pet.

Takes awhile, but for an easy strat use a roach with apocalypse, another critter, and an aquatic with mitigation like pinchy or a crab. Throw down apocalypse, rotate in aquatic and ride out his damage.

I set up with Железная звездочка, Зеркальный долгоног, and Детеныш фьордового ворга.

I Started with the Железная звездочка, and used Суперзаряд then Клубок энергии because i didn't want to waste the Суперзаряд and miss with Разрушение. After Клубок энергии I then used Разрушение.

I continued the rotation and beat him with the Железная звездочка no problem!
Didn't even have to use the other 2 pets.

People using more than just these two pets are only making it harder on themselves. With a Pandaren Water Spirit and Chrominius, you can down this in four moves...

Start with Pandaren Water Spirit

> Whirlpool
Switch to Chrominius
> Howl

Here's a breakdown of how the damage will play out:

Stitches Jr. Health: 3264

When Geyser hits, - 980 (leaves 2284 health)
When Whirlpool hits, - 840 (leaves 1444 health)

He likes to back row attack your first pet after the swap. I use Blossoming Ancient and open with Sunlight, then put on Photosynthesis and swap to my Core Hound Pup. I use Howl and then work him down with Burn. Honestly the important thing is that he spends most of the fight going after the ancient, and it just heals constantly. Swing with your favorite heavy hitter and bring another if you like.

Win This Pet Battle In Less Than A Minute, With Only 1 Pet

When i first tried to battle Stitches Jr. i failed, didn't know he was going to have that Buff were you have to at least do 400 damage but it is very possible once i did a little research i literately knocked him out in less then 1 minute and with only one pet!

All you need is Илистый прыгун!
I caught him at level 23, so i just used 2 of these Безупречный тренировочный камень для питомцев to level it up to 25.
First I used Оползень, then i reused Брандспойт until he died! It was too easy!

If you have one, the Core Hound Pup is a easy solo. Howl and Scratch X 2 and Burrow for the kill. It doesn't always work out perfect so I keep a pet with surge in line just in case. Most of the time the Core Hound Pup does the job.

If you have the Ethereal Soul-Trader he can pretty much solo Stitches.

During the Pet Battle event, swapping in a carry pet during the damned round yields 1k+ XP for the carry pet through level 19. After level 20 XP drops below 1k.

If you have a Разрушитель XXS-002 within your battle pet collection, he can easily defeat this little abomination using first XE-321 Boombot, then Heartbroken and finally Zap until he die. You can have another pet that can finish the job if you have any problem.

Read this thread for any period and see a good pattern. Stacked big hits matter.

The latter two have a nasty combo you'll see used a lot in trainer and tourney battles. I personally prefer starting with a Val'kyr, as Doom, slashes, and an Ascension on T-1 round until Doom pops coincides with his use of Enrage. He'll be at half health by the time you start your water howl bomb combo.

I didn't have most of the pets listed in the comments, but I found this to be pretty easy win with just 2 pets - worked 10 in a row for me (I run a lot of alts and Stitches Jn happened to be the daily today).

Aqua Strider - Cleansing Rain, Pump until you die
Mud Jumper - Mudslide, Pump to win

Mudslide does over 600 dmg, pretty strong finisher in this combo

You can nearly solo this guy with Alpine Foxling or Alpine Foxling Kit using:

Dazzling Dance
Howl
Flurry

Ol' Junior only had about 234 hp left after that, used Aquatic pet finisher.

Solo'd this pet easily with Mr. Wiggles (1,1,1)

Cast Crouch then Uncanny Luck and finish up with 4 or 5 Hoof. Sometimes you have to refresh Uncanny Luck and Crouch.

I have done this strategy over 40 times now and won every time. Hope it helps!

Easiest method I've found after reading through the suggestions here:

Need an H/P Железная звездочка. This is the only pet you will need.

Start with Ликвидация
Next Суперзаряд
Ликвидация for big damage (1700+)
Pass round 4
Ликвидация

Wait out the round and he dies.

You can also spam Ликвидация, but it seems to take a little bit longer and is a little more prone to RNG.

I was able to solo little Стежок-младший with one level 25 Танцующий водорез of rare quality from the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
The stats were:

1546 health
257 power
289 speed

I used the following move-set:

Water Jet
Cleansing Rain
Pump

Round one:
Use Pump to charge up a strong attack. Next round, Stitches Jr. will take 50% more damage due to his ability that he casts called Enrage.

Round two:
Use Pump again to blast Stitches Jr. with a strong attack.

Round three:
Use Cleansing Rain to heal yourself and grant aquatic abilities 25% more damage.

Round four:
Cast Pump.

Round five:
Cast Pump. This one should have released the attack.

Round six:
Cast Pump.

Round seven:
Cast Cleansing Rain.

Round eight:
Cast Pump. This one should have released the attack.

Round nine:
Cast Pump.

Round ten:
Cast Pump. This one should have released the attack.

Round eleven:
Cast Cleansing Rain.

You should have successfully won by now! There are a few different methods of beating him with this pet, but the one I provided is pretty solid. Towards the end, Стежок-младший usually casts two or three low-damage AoE spells split amongst your team, so do not worry about your cute little Танцующий водорез being defeated!

Using a rare level 23 Eternal Strider I took him out without using any other pets. Like lunarsquirrel said in his/her post. Just keep using pump. My rotation was pump, cleansing rain, pump, pump, pump, pump, cleansing rain, pump, pump and he died, came back and killed my strider and then died without me even needing to switch pets. By far the easiest one to kill.

Most people that have noted Железная звездочка (P/P -- other varities ought to work just fine as well) as solo pet for this fight neglected to mention Исступление that Стежок-младший cast on Round 1 and 5 making him Исступление. Factoring this into the equation allows you to skip a turn waiting for Суперзаряд to recharge and beat him on turn 6 triggering Проклятый and Нежить and pass on turn 7 for the win. The sequence is as follows:

This roughly takes 49-50 seconds to play through from the time you start the battle till Стежок-младший tumbles over dead and the win title flashes, and is one of the more efficient ways to get quick kills for something like Дренорский зверовод or similar. Well having witnessed my pets been killed without much effort by the infamous `Stitches` at my garrison, I decided to go with aqua strider. I was rather surprised on how easy it was to take the grotesque thing down lol.

I just finished this fight with just one pet: Wanderer's Festival Hatchling.

At level 25 and Rare, I opened the fight with Shell Shield, then 4 turns (or 2 hits) of Pump. I just repeated this cycle until the fight was over.

Just got him today, i was able to win with 2 pets and tried the tactic on all my characters

Pets:
Silkbead Snail
Eternal Strider

Rotation
> Start with the Snail
> acidic goo (+25% dmg boost + his 50% dmg taken boost from the buff)
> Headbutt (chance to stun but you dont need too)
> swap to Eternal Strider
>Pump him to death

For some reason after the strider is summoned Stitches Jr just spams Cleave which does very little single target dmg allowing you to get all the pumps you need out.

It's important to have strong critter attacks in this pet battle, because Stitches Jr. needs a tough beating.

I won this guy with Frostfur Rat. Refuge > Call Darkness > Sneak Attack. 'Refuge' again after cooldown if your pet is still alive. Then just 'Sneak Attack' the (un)living of Stitches Jr. If your rat dies, make sure there's another critter/other pet with strong critter attacks. I had a critter with Burrow and finished Stitches Jr. with it.

actually, this fight is far easier than people realize...

i started out with Сумеречный жук (rare P/P) and had several other tough pets as backup (as i fully intended to cast Апокалипсис and simply wait him out)...however, i noticed when the battle started that Царапины had increased dmg against SJ (enough to get him over the 500+ dmg threshold), and decided to give him a shot...ended up finishing the fight with 1/3 of my health left and not even touching the backup pets...

Was able to do this easily with just two pets:

My pets were max level rares, but you could probably take Stitches Jr down without both pets being both rare or max level.

Stitches Jr requires your pets to do damage over 500, so another pet you could use is:

For this Fight I used Unborn Val'kyr, Pandaren Water Spirit, and Alpine Foxling

I started with the Val'kyr, casting Curse of Doom and then Unholy Ascension
Swapped to the water spirit and used Geyser then Whirpool
Then I switched to the foxling (and then curse of doom popped) and I used Howl
He died and did his rez thing, and I used a Flurry and he died.

I didn't have a pet with Life Exchange at 25, so I improvised and this worked for me.

Found this guy handy for leveling up pets when I get him as a daily.

Pet 1: Carry Pet
Pet 2: Unborn Val'kyr
Pet 3: Dancing Water Skimmer

Debuff with Carry Pet; Switch to Val'kyr
Curse of Doom; Unholy Ascension
Pump 'til Stitches is dead

The first time I did this, I chose a level 14 Pengu (that I had stoned to rare) as a carry pet. When picking a carry pet, I find it helpful to choose a carry pet that has a debuff, and if possible is also aquatic (to better sustain attacks, since often Stitches likes to pick on your carry pet).

There are plenty of other aquatic pets that would work instead of the Dancing Water Skimmer, the point being they're aquatic (so weak to his attacks) and that Pump puts you over the 500 damage threshold (even without Unholy Ascension).

For those without a Val'kyr, I have also done this with a Dancing Water Skimmer and an Eternal Strider. If your first aquatic pet is going to die, use Cleansing Rain instead of Pump before your pet bites it. It's quicker IMHO to use a Val'kyr, but still just as easy with 2 aquatic pets with Pump. :)

Призрачный северный волчонок is a total boss in this match up. His scratch attack is strong enough to hit. I have done this battle on several of my characters and each time my little pup is all that is needed to win.

Sprite Darter Hatchling can pretty much solo this fight.
Open with Moonfire (healing/dmg boost) followed by spamming Arcane Blast (some will be blocked, no problem) and when your health is dropping somewhere around 400HP use the Life Exchange and continue to beat Stitches down with Arcane Blast.
Most of the times you don't even have to use a second pet, though it's advantageous to have one as a reserve that can do over 500 damage (I'm using Launch Rocket as backup).
Here's the rotation for the Sprite Darter Hatchling: 311111211111 (but this might vary a bit depending on any possible crit hit Stitches Jr. does).
This strat is also pretty easy way to do the Draenor Pet Brawler ahcievement, as it doesn't take much time to defeat Stitches.

Solo pet that's easy for most players to have. I just used Iron Starlette Start with Wind-up then use Supercharge and end with second use of Wind-up. Supercharge will not be avail in time to use again so finish fight with just Wind-up, which is a 2 round move. Takes a few Wind-ups but I have consistently beat him without having to use my back up pets. He has a high Damage Reduction so whatever back up pets you do use make sure they can do over 420 points in a single attack or they will not hurt him. Good Luck

Nether Fairie Dragon solos Stitches Jr. easy, but adding Pandara Water Spirit and Chrominius/Stitched Pup (or anything with Howl) is helpful if needed.

bring in other pets if needed. This fight has been nerfed, so no need for "Howl Bomb" after NFD.

I used the top comment's strategy with a few alterations since I didn't have all the pets they recommended. I start out with the Unborn Valkyr, applying Curse of Doom and then Unholy Ascension... after that I used the Nether Faerie Dragon and used Moonfire to enhance the healing she would receive (and also increase magic ability damage), THEN I used Life Exchanged. After that all I had to do was spam Arcane Blast since each time you use it the damage is increased... first Arcane Blast did nothing, second did 550+ damage, third even more, etc (and Arcane Blast gets a damage boost from Moonfire's weather buff). This method only needs those two pets so you basically don't have to do any swapping once the Valkyr pet dies from her Ascension ability.

Not that this guy is as tough as he once was, but...

Tried a new strat out today and really liked it. Used Нерожденная валь'кира and an Железная звездочка.

Started off with the Valk, using Проклятие рока and then Нечестивое вознесение.

Pull out the Железная звездочка, charge up your Ликвидация, use Суперзаряд, unleash ~~hell~~ Ликвидация. He should die, and come back to life. I throw out a Toxic Smoke for &*!@s and giggles, and he'll be dead in about 7 turns.

Over in about 30 seconds.

How to defeat Stitches Jr. in four moves.

Pets:
Pandaren Water Spirit
Chrominius

Start with PWS
-Open with Geyser
-Second spell is whirlpool

Swap to Chrom
-Open with howl
-Stitches Jr. takes the hit from geyser and whirlpool
-Hit Surge of Power
-Stitches dies, but reanimates.
-Chrom is in recovery mode, however Stitches Jr. will die again in the next round.

Soloed him with my Frostwolf Ghostpup. Just spammed Scratch, and Stitches sealed his own fate by enraging twice, upping the already high, type advantage critter damage by 50%. He did knock the pup out, but since undead pets come back to life, I finished him off, leaving my other two pets to just sit there looking cute.

Did this solely with a Nether Fairy Dragon. Life exchanged, arcane blastedx4 then life exchanged, then 2 more arcane blasts and he resurrected, so was just a case of waiting for him to die with the other 2 pets.

my nether faerie drake was only level 14 and didnt have the frostwolf pup. So I used corehound and lil' bling. both level 25

use corehound's howl defuff then hit with burn. I had to use howl twice. Corehound died

then used lil' bling's launch rocket to finish him off.

next time I will try starting out with lil' bling instead.

Also Darkmoon Tonk's lock on attack should work well too.

Easiest way i found was with an Железная звездочка.

Ликвидация > Суперзаряд > Ликвидация > Ликвидация > Ликвидация > dead

He comes back from the dead ofcourse but that doesn't matter since he dies anyway next round.

If you're unlucky with crits against you, you might need to use your other pets so make sure you have one with a strong finish like Хроминий or with a Вой boost.

Easily beat him. Had Frostwolf Ghostpup, Masked Tanuki Pup, and Chrominius. With Frostwolf Ghostpup used Frolick, Scratch, Scratch, Frolick, Scratch, Scratch....so on. Didn't need the other 2 pets.

He's quite angry and likes to block, but these three wore him down!

I either didn't have many of the mentioned pets or if I did, they were not a high enough level. I tried a mix of ones with similar abilities stated by other posters #1 Frostfur Rat lvl 25 blue #2 Jungle Grub lvl 25 blue #3 Dancing Water Skimmer. I was able to get him down with pet #1 and never used any of the other two. I kept up the call of darkness, then the shield, and kept spamming #1 on my rat : )
