Both achievement and mount are rewards for defeating N'zoth in the Heroic Nya'lotha during Battle for Azeroth. You can obtain

Considering its difficulty, any player can obtain both before Shadowlands launches. Even if it seems like a daunting task, defeating N'zoth in Heroic mode, players that often don't raid can count on community initiatives like
