Weekly Renown Charts Updated - No Souls Renown Quest This Week?

Players have noticed that the Weekly Renown "Souls" quest is not available, even after the weekly reset. We've updated our Renown chart to account for the Souls quest not being available this week and starting next week. Find out when you'll unlock certain Renown rewards now -- this includes the Dreamweaver Second Potency Conduit unlock to the second week of Mythic Castle Nathria.

No Souls Quest?

pops is different than on Beta servers, as does not currently seem to be active on live realms even after the first weekly reset and the second daily reset. At this point, it seems likely that it's not bugged and it's intended that this

is not available this week, as players technically do a collect Souls quest already in the intro questline.
We're also assuming that the

is still real, considering Game Director Ion Hazzikostas
commented that picking up Souls in the Maw
is the other Renown quest, as it was on the Beta.
Accounting for this change, it does actually make the Renown Chart cleaner, with 3 Renown every week until Week 8, then 2 Renown a week after that. However, it pushes the unlock date on many Renown Rewards back a week.
Earning Renown
As a reminder, the ways to earn Renown for your Covenant are limited. As such, your Renown level will be hard capped each week. You get One Renown for:
Joining your Covenant
Completing the Covenant Intro Quests and being officially inducted to the Covenant.
Every Chapter of the
Covenant Campaign
. These Chapters are locked by Renown:

NEW Weekly Renown Progression and Weekly Caps
Since there are only a few ways to earn Renown each week, all players will have their Renown capped at the same level. This is what the Renown caps should be each week with the Weekly Souls quest showing up next week.

NEW Unlocking Potency Conduit Weeks
There are only 2 Potency Conduits in each Soulbind tree. The chart below shows you when each Soulbind will unlock the first and secondary Potency conduit, in terms of Renown and what week of the expansion it will be, updated for the lack of 1 Renown in the first week.
Of particular note, the second potency conduit slot for
Dreamweaver
has now been moved to the
second week of Mythic Castle Nathria
, All the other Soulbinds take at least another 2 weeks to unlock. This is because this Potency Conduit slot is much higher in the tree than all other Soulbinds. If your class has strong Potency Conduits, you may wish to go Dreamweaver for early progression!

NEW Unlocking Soulbind Traits
Each of the Soulbinds will unlock Traits at different times depending on your Renown level. For the week of Mythic Castle Nathria, players will only have 2 Soulbinds available, with a maximum of 4 Soulbind Traits.
