Mythic Ny'alotha had a couple of undocumented changes in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch to the Vexiona and N'Zoth encounters.
Mythic Vexiona Changes in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch
Mythic Vexiona's last phase has gotten harder in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch as she now casts an additional

right at the start of the Phase.
Mythic Vexiona Guide
On Mythic difficulty,

applies 60 stacks of

split among all targets hit. On Mythic difficulty, you tend to have the 3 people soak the cast: both Tanks and typically a melee DPS. This means that these three targets will get an additional 20 stacks of

each at the start of the Phase which leads to a large of extra single target healing that is required on these players.
The rest of the phase is scripted exactly the same, healers will just need to pay attention to the players with extra

stacks.
Mythic N'Zoth Changes in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch
Mythic N'Zoth had some changes in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch. The first change was noticed on the day of the Pre-Patch:
Paranoia was overtuned
. Paranoia damage was cut in half shortly thereafter in a hotfix. However there are some other minor changes to the encounter.

Basher Tentacles Cast Void Lash Instantly
This change has now been fixed in a hotfix, but we've left in here in case you noticed this happening during the Pre-Patch.
Basher Tentacles on the N'Zoth encounter cast

when they reach a full Mana Bar, which is a hard hitting channel on the Tank.

had their Mana Bar accidently squished from 100 to 1 in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch which is why

started casting early.
Basher Tentacles fill up their Mana Bar over time:
25 Mana
after 1 seconds.
50 Mana
after 5 seconds.
75 Mana
after 9 seconds.
100 Mana
after 13 seconds.
In Battle for Azeroth, this meant that it would take a

13 seconds to cast

giving you time to kill it before it happened. However, early in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch, since

had a max Mana bar of 1, they will almost instantly cast a

on spawn, making Tanks deal with a

that they may not have seen for a long time. Thankfully, this has been fixed.
Auto Run Out of Heart Chamber Fixed
It seems that Blizzard fixed the Auto Run Out of Heart Chamber trick. Raid members, especially Tanks, pressed their Auto-Run button before clicking on the Gateway out of the Chamber so that their character would Auto Run to the boss during a cutscene where you otherwise couldn't do anything. However, this method appears to be fixed in the Pre-Patch meaning that all your players will spawn away from N'Zoth when the final phase begins.
Since the Thought Harvesters spawn on the locations of the Tanks, just be prepared for this set of Thought Harvesters to spawn in the back near the Gateway with the lack of Auto Run.

Here are a small list of bugs that have existed in Ny'alotha since it's release that might be helpful to know.

doesn't hit N'Zoth. If you take this talent, just know that it will be doing 0 damage to N'Zoth.

on the Carapace of N'Zoth encounter has no visible Threat Table. This means that Threat on Nameplates and Threat Addons will not work properly.
