Thundering Buffed and HoV Changes - Dratnos and Tettles Discuss

Dragonflight is rapidly approaching and the finishing touches are being put on Season 1's Mythic Plus Dungeons, as well as the Thundering Seasonal Affix. This week's GG WoW video goes over some of the latest developments from the Dragonflight Beta, starting with this week's
Mythic Plus Testing announcement
which revealed that Thundering has undergone another set of changes.
This set of Thundering changes is explained fully in

. All enemies in keys level 10 and up are getting a 5% health buff, but the player power offered by the Thundering affix is going up as well, to 30% bonus damage for as long as you can hold on to your mark. The penalty for failing the affix has also gone back up a bit, though Dratnos and Tettles expect that the increase to 30% bonus damage will incentivize players to try to keep that buff for as long as possible.
The video then moves to cover the
Dragonflight Season 1 Dungeon Timers
which have almost all been changed, including a big change for Halls of Valor, which is down to just 38 minutes from 45 back in Legion. Dratnos and Tettles think this change is warranted, as the dungeon's seen several rounds of nerfs and should be completable in around that time range. Another round of
Halls of Valor nerfs
, in fact, has hit the Beta nerfing God-King Skovald further. Halls of Valor is being combed over very thoroughly during this beta testing period, which is a very promising development, and hopefully something that will be applied to the other returning dungeons as we hurtle towards release.
