Season 3 of Battle for Azeroth changed the Mythic+ Affix rotation and we are currently on Week 9. With this week's Affix combination of Fortified, Bursting, Volcanic, Beguiling, we should now know the full Season 3 Mythic+ Affix rotation.

How Do We Know the Final Few Weeks?
Last week's affix combination of Bolstering, Explosive was the first week of Beguiling on the 8.2 PTR. This week's affix combination of Bursting, Volcanic matches up with the second week of Beguiling on the 8.2 PTR.
Raging, Necrotic was the third week on PTR.
Teeming, Quaking was the first week of Patch 8.2 (two weeks before Season 3 started).
Bursting, Skittish was the second week of Patch 8.2 (the week before Season 3 started).
Assuming the final 3 weeks of the affixes on the PTR have not been altered, the next 3 weeks should be accurate on the chart.
Best Week
Assuming this affix rotation is correct,
this week
is probably the best week to do keys.
Enchanted Emissaries are the least impactful type of Beguiling.
Volcanic doesn't impact keys very much.
Bursting is only impactful in certain trash packs such as the Saurids in Atal'dazar, but you can work around these relatively easy.
