Sky Photographer Melds More Zone Screenshots into Little Planet Art

A little bit ago we
highlighted the art of RafaQQ257
, a sky photographer who has used the tools of their trade to create Little Planets out of World of Warcraft zones. RafaQQ257 has now posted a couple more of their amazing creations
on Reddit
. As mentioned in the previous article, RafaQQ257 uses
PTGui's
panoramic image stitching software with
Little Planet
stereographic projection and Photoshop to turn screen shots taken with a screen shot keybind and a macro especially made to to turn the in-game camera into breathtaking Little Planet art.
Here are Bastion and Maldraxxas, each comprised of 150 screen shots painstakingly stitched together. RafaQQ257 has captured the fluffy serenity of Bastion and the bony brokenness of Maldraxxas perfectly. The contrast between these two zones was never more apparent.
Apparently they are now working on Ardenweald. That is a treat I look forward to.
