As was the case in the last two expansions, reaching Exalted with a faction reputation is not the end, it's just the beginning. Any reputation received over and above Exalted is Paragon rep. Once you make it to Exalted with a faction, a small bag icon becomes visible at the end of your rep bar and mousing over it shows your Paragon rep progress. Each time you reach 10000 Paragon rep with a faction, a reward chest becomes available to you. You can claim the reward at the faction rep vendor in Oribos.
This is well worth doing; some of the rewards that can be acquired are really nice and include pets, toys, and mounts. The best part, you don't have to be a member of the Covenant to get them. With the
Darkmoon Faire in town
providing reputation buffs, now is a good time to highlight the rewards!

Reaching Exalted reputation with the Kyrian faction, The Ascended, gives a chance to get a battle pet and a toy in your
