Pelagos' Let Go of the Past Trait Hotfixed - Now Correctly Reduces Magic Damage Taken

Over the weekend, players found out that Pelagos' Let Go of the Past Trait was actually increasing magic damage taken by 3%. A hotfix has now been pushed to live servers which makes the trait correctly reduce magic damage taken. This will result in about 5.8% less magic damage for those who used the trait.

. Note that even though the effect specifies "All", it's clarified in a different section and only affected magic damage.

For Kyrian who have been using

.
A 5.8% damage reduction is likely going to be most noticeable for Kyrian tanks in both Castle Nathria and Mythic+ but for DPS, it'll still be some nice damage reduction.

In Mythic+, you have a large number of magic damage spells that cannot be avoided or interrupted all the time.
Thoughts
This bug has likely been affecting Kyrians ever since
February 2nd
when Renown 30 was first unlocked. When players thought they were getting a 3% magic damage reduction, they were actually increasing their magic damage taken by 3%.
Many guilds had cleared Mythic Castle Nathria after February 2nd despite this, with the
Horde Hall of Fame
filling up the very same day and many more kills happening since then.
