Patch Day Mythic Ny'alotha Changes - Skitra Buffed, Moving Thought Harvesters

With the launch of Patch 8.3.7, Mythic Ny'alotha has had some interesting changes tonight on NA servers, buffing Prophet Skitra and making the Thought Harvesters able to cast while moving. These are likely bugs but it's unknown when or if these changes will be fixed.

Prophet Skitra's health has increased by 40% from about
158.9M previously
to
221.9M today
.
This likely means that you'll have to deal with the

mechanic at least once (maybe even twice) even though most guilds have been skipping the mechanic while on farm.

N'zoth Thought Harvester
Mythic N'zoth's Harvesters have started to be able to cast

while moving today after the patch, instead of forcing them to stand still. Generally you have some players soak the

cast. These players usually don't include the Tank, forcing the Tank to run out of the soak, causing the Thought Harvester and immunities to move. While it's not impossible, this does make it a little harder to kill the boss at the moment.
However, some guilds (including mine) have started to notice that the Thought Harvesters have started to cast standing still again, so a hotfix may have been applied.
Other guilds have only noticed them standing still on some of the casts.
Options for dealing with the moving Thought Harvesters if you need it include:
Having your Tank soak and Battle Rezzing them so everyone can stand still.
Having a mobile Tank to allow them to leave the Soak, minimizing movement from the Thought Harvesters
Having a Prot Paladin Bubble Taunt or use Spellwarding.
