New Kyrian Uther Model in Chains of Domination

It has been discovered that Uther has a new model in Chains of Domination - Uther can be seen wearing Kyrian armor, contrasting with his Forsworn clothes and color scheme.
This model can be seen on Uther after the Kyrian ceremony that creates
the new Paragon of Devotion
. Uther can be seen at the Seat of the Archon with this model, but is nowhere to be seen as of the latest build after you leave the Seat scenario.
Although the model does look a little weird, with Uther only having Kyrian armor plates but maintaining his Forsworn clothing, the model hasn't changed in two builds, so this composition is likely intended.
It is worth noting that the armor that Uther wears in this model is the same as the Kyrian model (nicknamed Bluther by the community) that was shown when Uther was revealed to appear in Shadowlands, during BlizzCon 2019.
Currently, on the PTR, there is a final chapter at the Covenant Campaign storyline (What Lies Ahead) that hasn't been available for testing (and at this point, will probably not be tested at all), and maybe we might see Uther changing to a Kyrian at this chapter. However, this is purely speculation at this point.
