Maximum Characters Per Account Limit Increased to 60 in Dragonflight Pre-Patch

The Dragonflight Pre-Patch is upon us this week, and with it, players have noticed the maximum character limit has been increased from 50 to 60 characters! This change is visible right now on the Dragonflight Pre-Patch PTR.
This change allows for 10 additional characters to be created per account, and is likely added so players at maximum character counts are able to create Dracthyr Evokers (releasing on November 15 with Phase 2 of the pre-patch event), or any of the new race/class combos available starting tomorrow:
