Acquiring the Malefic Core
Wrathion will not have any quests for you to upgrade your Cloak. Instead, you can obtain the

from either of the following objectives as long as your Cloak is Rank 15:
Complete all four objective areas and the boss in a Horrific Vision.
Defeat N’Zoth the Corruptor in Ny’alotha on Normal (or higher) difficulty and not be saved.
If you have a Rank 15 Cloak and don't have 83 Corruption Resistance on your cloak, you can get 2
