After the Weekly Reset has completed in your region on February 25th (NA) / 26th (EU), the Legendary Cloak cap will be increased to Rank 12. This week, upgrading the Cloak will provide you with Draconic Empowerment, a proc that grants you a large amount of main stat!

What Upgrade Does the Cloak Get This Week?
At Rank 12, the Legendary Cloak gains

, a Main Stat proc which has 1.25 PPM and can proc off your spells or abilities. The power of

will increase with your Cloak Rank and will start with an increase of 3,386 Primary stat when it procs.

- Equip: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Main Stat by 3,386 for 15 sec.
Your Cloak also gets a new appearance at Rank 12.
What Are the Requirements?
As usual, Wrathion will have a new quest for you this week that you can pick up inside the Heart Forge.
The Rank 12 quest requires
