Hotfixes for June 23 include a mana reduction cost for the Warlock spells Shadow Bolt and Incinerate, as Warlocks were reportedly starting to have Mana issues with high amounts of Haste.

Developers’ note: Affliction and Destruction Warlocks are running out of mana in prolonged fights when using high levels of Haste so we're reducing the mana costs of their primary filler spells.
