Yesterday, we
reported a hotfix
for players who swapped Covenants and skipped the intro, giving them the 5 free Redeemed Souls they had missed out on. Since then, players have been reporting that they're still not receiving their souls.
Ion Hazzikostas has tweeted a confirmation that, while the fix seemed to work when tested internally, it isn't working on live servers, and that figuring out why that is is their top priority right now.
