Ion Hazzikostas Confirms Mythic 0s, Torghast and Renown Closed Until First Reset in Shadowlands

Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has confirmed that Mythic Dungeons, Torghast and Renown quests will be closed in Shadowlands until the first reset so that no region gets an advantage for leveling quickly.
This means that Mythic Dungeons, Torghast, and Renown quests will unlock on
November 24th (NA) / November 25th (EU) on the Weekly Reset
. However, this doesn't mention if World Quests and Maw Dailies/Weeklies are available at launch.
