in Castle Nathria and has an on-use that allows the wearer to compel a beast to assist them for 5 minutes. It turns out that Druids in kitty form are beasts, as Chemenky of Reddit found out.
Edit: the fun is over, this has been hotfixed.
From the Druid's perspective

Now lest you were hoping you could tame a bunch of druids and hit a dungeon with ten players, sorry, the buff drops when you zone in. However, Chemenky added that Unholy Death Knights can explode their pet Druids because they do actually count as pets.
The chances of this actually being an intended affect and remaining in game are low, but tame your Druid while you can!
