Starting the Undermine Storyline
Once servers are live with Patch 11.1, the Undermine storyline is started with the quest

- You should receive this quest the moment you log in if you have the requirement to it completed. Otherwise, the quest is given by

at the Foundation Hall building in Dornogal.
The only requirement to obtain this quest is to have finished the War Within leveling campaign on at least one character on your account.

This first storyline will lead you to the Ringing Deeps - More specifically, the Opportunity Point area. Opportunity Point has changed just a little bit, as it now has a huge hole blown at the wall just south of it.
This new area is called the Verdant Gutters, complete with the Gutterville town area, and the Gutterside Rocket Station. By progressing through the storyline, you will eventually get the quest

, leading you to the Rocket Station, and well, down to Undermine! After completing this quest, you can use the Gutterside Rocket Station at any point to go back and forth between the Ringing Deeps and Undermine.

Undermine Teleporter to Dornogal
After first entering Undermine, you can set up a teleporter between Undermine and Dornogal. Just across the street from the Slam Central Station, the first location where you'll find yourself in Undermine, you can talk to

and complete the quick quest

, creating the teleport.
Note that completing this quest once unlocks access to the teleport for your entire Warband.
The Dornogal end of the teleport can be found in the Forgegrounds area, by the green crystal debris just across from
